Okay, this is still happening and its been three days.

Really.

 

Make sure you do not have ANY hacked clients on. You may be stuck in a block.

Make sure you aren't logging on or off on half slabs it can cause this issue.

 

As Joe said, half slabs are not considered blocks and sometimes NoCheatPlus considers you as flying. If you are logging off on half slabs, I don't really know a fix other than a mod doing /sudo comnebula home.

Also, are you sure you don't have a hacked client on? While some hacked clients are legal, fly hacks are not. If you have one on, that may be causing this. Make sure that you are loading regular minecraft not Yodus (Yes I meant Yodus) or any other client.
