Before I start, I would like to thank the multiple friends and acquaintances who have encouraged me to make this application. However, I encourage you to actually read this application and not just blindly support it or not. I'd much rather have feedback or constructive criticism than just support or no support. Thanks.

Which timezone are you in?
Pacific Time Zone (UTC-08:00) While there are many current moderators in this timezone, I believe I can still make a helpful addition to the team. Often times I come on during odd hours, and this could help me get passed the issue of my timezone.

Which languages do you speak?
I speak English and some Spanish. Aside from that, I can easily use translating sites in order to communicate with someone, if that's needed.

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)
I have been banned once on skyblock.net and once on skyblock.org (unless you count the times I've been banned as a joke). Allow me to explain.

• Skyblock.net: Banned for advertising. Back when I joined skyblock in June of 2013, a friend and I were starting our own little server. It was terrible. Although I knew it was terrible, I wanted to help out my friend. I thought, "Oh, I'll just ask if anyone on skyblock.net wants to join! Maybe that will work." I instead got banned. I sincerely regret advertising, and I am a different person today. I hope this will not deter your support, as this was almost a year ago, and I am definitely not planning on getting banned again. From the moment I was unbanned due to the ban reset, I have been doing my best to help players and the community. I really just want to put my past behind me. I'm a different person.
• Skyblock.org: Banned for disrespect. Basically, I made the mistake of giving my account password to a friend who I thought I could trust. I was wrong, and he got me banned on .org for saying some rather inappropriate things in chat. I have taken extreme measures to protect my account, as I recognize the importance of my account being secure.

Why do you think you should be a mod?
I believe I should become a moderator because as of late, I have been doing everything in my ability to help players in chat. Whether it be a simple question, such as "How do I get back to my island?", or one that requires me to help someone, such as "Why isn't my cobblestone generator working?", I always try to answer. I do my best to prevent players from doing illegal trades, but I can't stop everything from chat. I've always wanted to be able to actually do something, such as kick or mute people that disobey chat rules, and not just warn them. I would do my best to answer questions and messages to the best of my ability, even when I might be flooded with questions. I am not applying for the commands nor for the popularity, but for the ability to actually help the server. That's what means the most to me.

Aside from this, I am also extremely loyal to the server. I've done my best to get on for at least 3 hours each and every day, and I can continue to do so for a long time. Each time I get on, I enjoy my stay. I actually take pleasure in monitoring chat. I'm much more content with communicating and helping other players than building a house or trading with people. I actually don't go on to build or trade anymore. I go on for the community and for helping others, that's it. If I were to become a trial moderator, I would be able to continue doing what I love and continue interacting with the wonderful community that is skyblock.

I also believe that being a good moderator means that you are dedicated to making the server a better place, or at least keeping the server under check. If I were to become a moderator, I would strive to be as active as I could be. During moderation times, I would be focused on the server and on the server only. When I set my mind to something, I don't get distracted easily, and I believe that would help me with staying dedicated to moderating. Whenever I get on, I do my best to help the players in need, and I will continue to do so if I get the position of trial moderator.

Here are some traits that I have that I feel would make me a good moderator:
Unbiased: I won't let friendships get in the way of kicks or bans. If I am requested to kick/ban a friend with evidence, I will not hesitate. If there is a rare occasion of where I am being biased, I will be honest and ask another moderator to provide their input.
Trustworthy: I can be trusted with the commands moderators are given. I won't abuse my privileges, and I won't do anything out of revenge.
Reliable: I can be counted on to be active as much as I say I will be in the next category, and when I cannot reach my computer I will still be on the forums through my phone and in game through applications like MineChat. I am and will continue to be an active member in this community.
Dedicated: I'm dedicated to helping the server be the best it can be. This means that, even during times of discouragement and boredom, I will still try to help the server.
Hard Working: I can be trusted to work hard and efficiently during my time on the server. Often times, when I tell myself to monitor chat, I just sit in one spot, fingers ready on the keyboard.
Organized: I will keep and label all of my evidence for bans, in the case that the evidence will be needed.
Prioritized: I will prioritize my moderating duties before other less important ones. I'd much rather help monitor chat than build a house or trade for rares.

Please Note: While I didn't include traits such as being friendly, or humorous, it isn't because I don't believe I have these traits, it is because I believe that these traits aren't a necessity when it comes to moderation. I will still do my best to be friendly and helpful in chat whenever I can.

How long can you be active on the server every day?
I can be fairly active on the server. Here is the schedule in which I can moderate (According to my timezone, of course)

Monday: I can be on from 6:00 A.M. to 8:40 A.M. and from 8 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.
Tuesday: I can be on from 4:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M and from 8:30 P.M. to 10:15 P.M.
Wednesday: I can be on from 6:00 A.M. to 7:25 A.M. and from 8 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.
Thursday: I can be on from 4:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M and from 8:30 P.M. to 10:15 P.M.
Friday: I can be on from 6:00 A.M. to 7:25 A.M. and from 9:00 P.M. to whenever necessary.
Saturday: Anywhere between 12:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. to whenever necessary.
Sunday: All day. (~8:00 A.M. to 10 P.M.)

I apologize if these times seem a little short, but my parents are divorced, so I switch houses every day. Basically, I have limited computer time.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
I have been an administrator on a friend's server, and a moderator on another. Both were relatively small servers, but I feel like I am up for the task of moderating a large crowd of players. I know how to use commands such as kicking or tempbanning, but I am not familiar with LogBlock. I am definitely willing to learn all unfamiliar commands.

Additional Information:
I'm a 14 year-old male living in California. My hobbies include programming, and I have a passion for algebra and trigonometry/geometry. I live in two houses, as my parents are divorced, and I switch between them every other day. I get fairly decent grades, with A's in my advanced classes. I tend to get on TeamSpeak every day, and you can usually find me there after school (4:00 PTZ or PST). I go by Chuck on TeamSpeak and by Mind or mindsensation in game.
