I was going to go way into why this wouldn't be an economically sound idea, but I think I'll just wrap it up quick. Shirts, sweaters, hoodies, etc wouldn't be viable due to stocking and price concerns. Wristbands and hats, maybe, but Crew would have to find a dedicated seller, make a design that doesn't infringe upon Mojang's copyrights/licences and then probably pay for a bulk amount of the item(s) to be made as a starting stock (most places don't make them every time they get an order but instead make a bulk amount, sell from those and then make more as stock gets low).

Anyway, it'd be a lot of effort, little gain, and a lot of possibility for error/low quality/betrayal if done through the wrong channels.

there is no such thing as free.

 

It kinda is free because look at it this way:

1. Spreadshirt says how much your shirt will cost
2. You add the price of money you want to make from selling that shirt
3. When someone buys the shirt, Spreadshirt takes the money for the shirt
4. Then, spredshirt pays you the money that was spent for the shirt so then you get the money you wanted to make from the shirt

So basically, it's free
