It seems this appeal was severely neglected by the mods who handled it earlier, so I'll handle this. Don't reban this person because his case was not handled properly by the mod who banned him. He should have automatically been unbanned anyways because nobody responded appropriately. Therefore, the user shall remain unbanned for now, and I'm closing this thread.
