I rated it disagree because I disagree with it "taking a while" to be implemented. If he wanted to, he could in a fairly fast amount of time. Now, this is if he wanted to, if he has not yet seen this suggestion and/or does not have a mindset on whether or not to add it back, it will of course take longer.

 

Isn't there new blocks for 1.8 coming out soon i don't know the whole deal of what will be added and what will not but surely there will be more of a choice to build with if something is seen as rare why not keep it that way there's only so much that can be classed as rare and yes its one of the nicest blocks to build with but i think if you want a nice island and to prove your "wealth" then it needs to be kept as rare, and no i do not own any.

No support, sorry, My whole island, all my valuables are raw quartz so if they add it back I will go bankrupt. However I would like if they sold the blocks or comparators or daylight sensors, I just really don't think raw quartz should come back

 

There's stone variants coming in 1.8, they're called granite, diorite, and andesite, and you put it all in one space each in a 2x2 square to make it polished (whatever). And also, mossy stone brick, cracked stone brick (I think), and chiseled stone brick are becoming craftable. Mossy stone however, will still remain uncraftable.

I predict that when 1.8 comes out and they add the bouncy slime block cyp is going to end the sale of slime balls.
So I'm going to buy tons of slime balls. It's a risk I'm going to take. And sorry I don't have any support mainly I have bought all my quartz for 1 dia each, I'd go bankrupt

 

I'm pretty sure 1 block of quartz is worth WAY more than2 grass. I was buying 2 blocks for one diamond.

i'm pretty sure the removal of quartz was a bad move. After all- to me- quartz = 1 grass / 4 quartz item

 

I think that at least comparators should be sold, think of the redstone contraptions that several players want on their island that includes comparators.

 

I would love to have quartz back. It is such a useful building material, as well as its purposes in redstone. Support

 

I have like a dc of quartz but I still want it re-added I love to build with it So why not

I would probably do 50/50 support. It is quite rare so if we just sell it, it won't be as rare as before. But people do use quarts a lot (me) so yeah about that support

Especially when 1.8 blocks are coming out we need raw quartzs so we can build with it
