Never Why do you think you should be unbanned? Well the story is that Swim had invited me to his island and so I made a chest to put all my valuable items in. But then I saw Swims and Snows valuables and I saw how much they had. So I sold a few items from my last island to get more diamonds and then I put them into Swims chest. A few days later, I wanted to give some diamonds to a friend, because she needed them for her island, so I took my diamonds back out of Swims chest and gave (About 50) diamonds to my friend. Then I bought a water block with the 40 odd diamonds left. Swim then checked his chest a few days later and saw that I had taken my own diamonds out of his chest, but he thought that they were his diamonds. I believe he has a screenshot after the "supposed" grief of me saying something like "Oh if I admit to it, will you refund my water block" or something along those lines. The reason I made that comment was to avoid any situations like this (which clearly didn't work). I hope you see my side of the argument and if unbanned, I promise that I will avoid any situations like this in the future. Apologies to any staff that I have dragged into this too. -Cheese

Okay, I also banned you for looting some of Swim's items. I would like to hear SwimHornet's side of the story, please.
Well, I added him to the island. Then to my rares chest. Things started disappearing in weird amounts. In the beginning I thought I was just miscalculating. Then items like lava buckets started popping up and I was wondering why. Then, yesterday I noticed that 64 dia were missing. I knew this was a player (snowboardking454 or cheeseboy9000.) I got it immediately logged by taylor. Now we're here.
Regarding the first ban with Apple, it was someone else on my account. I know that I take FULL responsibility for that as it is my account, and I understand that I did something wrong when I told the person my account details, but I really didn't think that they would do this sort of thing. The moment I found out about this, I immediately changed my account password. So if I do get unbanned, I will make absolutely sure that this will never happen again. I am deeply apologetic for my actions, and given the chance, would love to say sorry to diamondmaxy in person.
The thing is: When I removed the diamonds from the chest, it was under the belief that they were all mine. However, looking at the screenshot Taylor provided, it says that I took 96 out of the chest. I don't recall all of those diamonds being mine, so what Swim is saying is correct. But considering that I was in the coop, my name was on the lockette, and I was not taking the diamonds for malicious reasoning. I feel that my actions were pretty justified. Nevertheless, now I know that they are not my diamonds. If allowed to, I will return 100% of what I took.
I'm sorry, but I am actually unsure on what section you think I am lying on, as if you read it, I am actually agreeing with you. Regarding the screenshots, I have already said in the original post about how I think such screenshots exist.
Well, that is only one line. More would be better, it doesn't really help. As with cheeseboy, how many Diamonds were yours compared to the 96?
I believe I had about a stack of diamonds, possibly a little more. However because I took the diamonds out in two lots, I mis-counted.
