The best way to do screenshots is to use the snipping tool that is available in Win 7+ which allows you to select an area of screen you'd like to have saved, no mussing around with paint or file saving.

As a side note, if you press Alt+Printscreen it saves only the active window and not everything on your screen

For everyone who is saying "it's only ratings", think of it this way, if someone constantly quoted you in chat or replied everything you posted on the forums with "This is Dumb", it would get pretty annoying after a while. I'm sure if someone did this in chat constantly, or in the forums, it would be grounds for a ban.

Rating are just an abbreviated way of saying this, with an additional caveat, that the ratings stick with the player long after the thread or the converssation gets forgotten.
