After i changed my ip so that i can play because the hacker said to me to change my ip so it looks like to the hackers that im a diffrent person so i changed it to 204.14.77.88

 

That wasn't smart, admitting you can use a proxy.

 

Then everything went bad and my account got banned from the forums

And then he said to get teamveiwer and some logmein thing and he was on my computer

No it wasent? the other glitcher account is a person that wants the account thats why hes saying to transfer and he even told me to change my ip he said cause people are hacking me so i got a proxy but the reason he wanted me to do that is cause he wanted it to look like I WAS THE HACKER CHANGING MY IP but no ones hacking hes just smart. BUT NOT SMART ENOUGH FOR ME

 

You gave evidence that your minecraft account was "hacked".
I'm not going to sit here and argue with you, just know, constantly changing your story doesn't help.
