Hey, for a while now, Ive wanted to explore the manu wonderous islands that skyblock has to offer, but many people are very cautious with people on their islands, as well as some people my want to greif and take the items for themselves.
I have been wanteing to sugget thus for a while, but I think it would be pretty cool if there was a publuc release of the .net's world save.

 

It's over 6 gigabytes...

 

i think the biggest problem would be people using it to find islands that they can grief with it..

 

Also the fact that having to store that on the forums... That much data...

 

Like said above, it is a very large file and I could be used to find large islands to grief.

 

Well for the storage problem, it could easily go into a cloud storage/download site like mediafire. But the greifing thing is definately a problem.

 

This can be very dangerous, people can find valuable stuff and loot or grief them..

Also, the islands are constantly being updated by the players themselves. How often should a save file be published?

I don't think this should happen. As said by others above it, if can be used to grief. People will look for islands with valuables, then go on net and find them.

with my internet it took me 50hours to download a game that was 30gb, I think i could manage to get that

 

It took me 9 hours to download 1.3GB goml

 

Wowwwwwwww, Dragon, I could do 1.3 gb in 15 mins. And Sev, I could do 30 in like 5-ish hours. You Both Goml
