Hey, I was wondering if I could get unbanned from the server. I know my Actions were wrong and unacceptable to you and the player I griefed on the server. I realize that greifing is unfair and bad towards others. Also i'm a 50 donor and I should be setting a example for people that want to be donators, players & etc. so if you read this it would mean everything to me. Im sorry once again. - Equinoxx69 Skyblock.net

Please use the correct Ban Appeal format.
    1. Server name (.net / .org ):
    2. In-game name:
    3. Full exact Ban Message:
    4. Did you read the rules ?
    5. Why do YOU think you were banned?
    6. Was this an incorrect ban?
    7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for?
    8. Why do you think you should be unbanned?
You have three days to fulfill this requirement. Failure to correct the format will result in the appeal being automatically denied.

Why did you choose to grief? And don't mention donations in your appeal.

Just because you enjoy playing the server, it won't encourage me to unban you..

Listen, this is the individual's parent. I will by legal means shut this server down, along with sue your fraudulent activities. You have knowingly fraudulently took $75 from my son. If you do not fix this, I will be doing everything in my power to make sure that this website is taken down through legal means. Once again, if this issue isn't resolved soon, the police will be notified, lawyer contacted, and you can pretty much predict the rest from there. So, for a game that is not worth $75, in my opinion, I demand you allow my son back into the game. He has promised to refrain from "griefing" ever again, along with all the other rules you have listed there.
    Sincerely,
a parent that spent $75 on a child that can't even play a game that he spent money on. Look at it through our perspective. Thanks.

I am sorry but this is not acceptable. We under no circumstances accept threats to our server or our website. If you are going to carry on doing so, then its a bad choice to make.

I am not 'Stealing' your sons money, he broke our server rule and when that happens we ban. It is not our fault if your son has chosen to do this.

I would also like to say that he still has a chancr of getting unbanned, however once again we do not accept threats. I hope that is understood.

I never said that your son will stay banned, please remain calm and there will be peace between us.

We get this "parent" excuse all the time. 99% its a lie so 1. We don't believe you. Also, when you donated (not paid, but donated) we were nice enough to give ingame perks for donating. Now that you have abused your perks and the rules of our server, you're banned. In the terms of service you agreed we had the right to ban you and/or take away any donor perks based on staff judgement.

Please review the terms of service before replying.

First of all, there was no threat. A threat would constitute an endangerment of one's life. Did I threaten to endanger anyone's life? No. Second, you banned my son, and of course I agree with any ban/rule the game may have, BUT he appealed, twice; apologized, twice and yet no time frame of BAN was given, nor was there any reassurance given. So, this leads me to believe that this money was taken from an uneducated individual like my son who was under deceptive influence by your websites means which constitutes fraud. Furthermore, this has been brought to my lawyer and there will be a case. A lie? I'm sorry, there is no necessary requirement for me to lie.

P.S. I've read your so-called contract, and it has the word "sales" and not "donations" which will make my legal case all the more stronger.

So please, if you care to have a civil conversation about this matter. Then I'm all ears. If you would like to unban my son after he's apologized twice and appealed twice about the issue then I will have no problem ending this conversation and an onus case.

We also reserve the right to remove perks from players in extreme cases where deemed necessary. In the event that you have paid for an item and such a change occurs, you will not be refunded. 3) All purchases made are for digital/virtual (intangible) items. We are not responsible for any unapproved, accidental, or unauthorized transactions. 4) Any staff, owners, hosts, advertisers, officers, directors, employees, partners, and all other parties related to this servers staff reserve the right, with the appropriate permissions, to forcibly make you leave the server, permanently or temporarily, with no chance of refund – however this will never be unwarranted, this will only happen in the case of extreme rule-breaking. If you obey the rules, you will never be banned, plain and simple. 5) You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible loss (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from or arising out of (I) The use of or the inability to use the service, (II) The cost to obtain substitute goods and/or services resulting from any transaction entered into on trough the service, (III) Unauthorized access to or alternation of your data transmissions, (IV) Statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or (V) any other matter relating to the service. Note that by accepting the terms in the document, you are also waiving your right, to take any action, legal or otherwise, against anyone or anything related to the staff, management, administrators, members, owners or any hosts of this server. You furthermore acknowledge that if any part of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any way, any parts not found to be invalid or unenforceable will be considered fully valid and binding. 6) You agree to indemnify the staff, owners, hosts, advertisers, officers, directors, employees, partners, and all other parties related to this servers staff. By agreeing to these terms, you agree not to present any lawsuit or other legal challenge against the server staff for any reason, whether related to your purchase or not. 7) We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time if necessary. All terms and conditions are in effect indefinitely as soon as the terms and conditions is accepted, and will remain to be active even after you quit, are banished, removed, or if you leave the server/forum in any way. By clicking I agree, you agree to the above rules, terms, and conditions. Please be patient and allow up to 1-12 hours for your item(s) to appear or for your rank to take effect.

Read 4 and 6, all I have to say.

Also don't bring age into this. I'm 11 years old and I am fully capable of following some rules, like your "son" should've.

Age? When did my reply ever mention anything about age? Any retard can say they are 11 years of age on the internet. You could be some plump f*** hiding behind a computer for all I know. Number 4 has nothing to do with you attaining wealth by fraudulent means. Number 6 mentions that you are exempted from the law. Sorry to break it to you, but no one is exempted from the law. It's called Criminal Law for a reason. Fraud constitutes criminal law. Contracts are useless when someone is being fraudulent. Since you are 11 years of age, then identify yourself, because as the Criminal Code states, children under the age of 12 will not be held criminally responsible. So, lets test out this legal issue, identify yourself so we can have a legal case. If not then, the police will definitely find out your identity and location.

P.S. if you don't believe me. Look up the Sault Ste Marie Case, it has a lot to do with contracts and the city. Go check out who won that case. Anyways, at this point I really don't care how old you are or what you do with my son's ban. I will let the courts decide what to do with this situation.

    Goodbye.

Want to curse at me too? Take a 3 day forum ban. Do it again and I'll make it permanent. Spend $1000 on a lawyer for a $75 case, be my guest.
