I shouldn't have searched up childhood ruined this just made me sad because i remember watching this but never thought it would be the final episode
The Rugrats was based off of babies and kids that had no relations to each other and each of them died tragically, for example Chucky hanged himself when he was 2.
Before they fall off of the cliff, Kristoff mentions that it is a 200 foot drop into 20 feet of fresh powder. To find out if they could survive, we would first have to find out how fast they were going. Final velocity squared equals initial velocity squared plus twice the acceleration times the displacement (or Vf^2 = Vi^2 + 2(a)(d)). The initial velocity is 0 because it's a free fall, the acceleration is 9.81 meters per second squared because of gravity, and the displacement is 200 feet, which we must first convert to meters per second. 200 feet converts to approximately 60.6 meters. Now we need to plug those numbers into the equation. Vf^2 = 0 + 2(9.81)(60.6) = Vf^2 =1188.972 therefore Vf = sqrt(1188.972) = 34.48 meters per second. Next we need to convert that to miles per hour. There are 1609.34 meters in a mile. If we divide 34.48, it will give us the miles per second, which is 0.0214. We now need to multiply that by 60 squared to make it miles per hour. The result is about 77 miles per hour. Now we get to the 20 feet of fresh powder. It isn't fresh powder. Kristoff must have been mistaken because they only fall about a foot through the snow. It is probably about two feet of fresh powder on 18 feet of packed snow. It takes between 73 and 873 newtons of force to break a human skull depending on how it is hit. The average human weight is about 60 kilograms. Force equals mass times acceleration 60 x 9.81 = 588.6 newtons of pressure. More than enough to crush at least their skulls but definitely more than that. They also hit the ground at 77 miles per hour which is about how fast cars go on the freeway. Even with the snow, they basically got hit with a car on the freeway with a pillow or two strapped on it. They had to have died in the fall.
