to get a pet type /pet select then pick one, or do /pet (mob type) to rename it do /pet name (anything u want) then to enchant i think is what your asking, you have to do /enchant (enchantment type) (level Eg. 1-5) or /enchant all (god enchants) you have to be donor100+ to enchant too.
