Have you ever been a moderator of forums? 90% of the time everything is done and you're just viewing random threads.

Well then why do i still see tons of complaints when "90%" is completed either way how much better would it be if 100% was complete?

Having a moderator isn't going to fix 'complaints' that's the admins job..

 

So 10% of the complaints are fowarded to cyp and noobcrew while they are already doing a lot to keep the server up i dont think that 10% of the complaints can be handled by two people when they already have a lot of pressure on them.

 

Honestly i just made this suggestion to help out the mods and admins out a bit but nevermind you guys are all so independant*

Forum mods cannot do anything else besides handle reports and delete offensive posts, they cannot add stuff.
They're useless.

When mods do not have access to minecraft they usually go on the forums.

 

Exactly, if most mods are already 'useless' on the forums, why promote more? -- The solution isn't making more user groups and promoting people do do something that takes 5 minutes to do. In-game moderators can handle anything on the forums, most questions are to do within in-game. So yeah, forum mods just aren't needed.

 

That has nothing to do with the message that you responded to. I doubt it have you seen your staff list?
