And as for Donor status, one needs to be Online duting the purchase, and it can be slow on occasion, and sometimes you accidentally Donate to The wrong server..

I'm glad finally someone can help out! To answer your question, we were on line for over 72 hours and nothing happened. We did not donate to the wrong server. I have 3 receipts to prove it. Here is exactly what happened:
Last week, I did two charges for $30 each for both kids. One for my son & one for my daughter back to back within a minute of each other. They were both online at the time. My daughter was grated immediate access as a "donor" & my son was not. We posted in the help section after 24 hours had passed regarding this and there was NO RESPONSE! I also emailed both receipts to the email address on the paypal receipt and still NO RESPONSE! After 72 hours, we reversed one of the two charges and made another $30 donation AGAIN for my son to earn his "donor access". Within 5 minutes, he was granted his donor access. Now a week has gone by and the charge that was reversed is what you see on your end and immediately my daughter was banned from the server. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP! I am asking you politely to unban her as she really enjoys playing skyblock is highly upset!
Once again, I have receipts to prove this and can forward or post if you like.

It is the owners decision that you cannot be un-banned at the moment. If you chargeback, that means he loses money, you get the money back, and you still have your donor status, and that is an unfair way to obtain a donor status. Unless you can reverse the charges and pay the money back to him, you can return to the server.

 

I'm going to bring in some higher assistance to see what Can be done..

I appreciate your response. However, the bottom line is we made a total of 3 donations for 2 children to receive "donor status" and out of those 3 donations, we had one reversed. The owner still received 2 donations for 2 children... that is a FACT! Now, the owner banned one our children from the server. So, in response to your statement up above "If you chargeback, that means he loses money, you get the money back, and you still have your donor status, and that is an unfair way to obtain a donor status"- we only did the chargeback to the charge that was not given donor status. So, now the owner received 2 valid charges and only 1 of our children is playing on the server with donor status and the other is not. Now, that is an UNFAIR way for him to receive money and BAN OUR CHILD!

Hi Darkchyldeone, I'm reaching out to you through my son's account. This morning I tried to log into my daughter's account to see if you have managed to get any help from higher up today and noticed a "banned" sign on her name and when I attempted to log in... it says "that she had been banned for rules violations and the ban will be lifted on Jan 31st." Can you please explain what this means? Have you managed to get help from higher up for me and will she be unbaned in a few days so she can resume playing on the server? I am really looking forward to a resolution on this. Please Help!
