Not necessarily, I would like to be a full mod to get some respect. People think I do not know one thing about moderating because I have a 'T' in my prefix. I have been a tmod for over 3 months.
ok some tmod work very hard. but as long theres a mod somewhere in the title your important and to be taken seriously.
TMod work is only hard because from what I can tell they're kick/ban slaves. Lol. May I edit your posts?
I agree there should be a bit more strict rules over inactivity. I also agree about the "gonna be inactive don't waste a spot" deal. (What I did) my recent life has been really crowded up and I barely was ever on the server and I felt guilty for taking a position and not doing everything I could to help the server so I stepped down. I honestly think that some of the mods if they never even come on should either temp quit until they can become active again or fully quit. But never the less there should be more mod activity on net
Also it takes 2 hands to clap For players: Don't SPAM mods multiple times with requests, as tempting as it may be. Msging them every 30 seconds to ask for their help isn't going to help things, it'll only slow things down. Know the difference between something that non-mods can assist, something that is urgent and something that is not. If you've lost your lava or sapling, normal players can assist with that. If you need a spawner moved, that's not time critical. If someone's currently pouring lava on your island, that is. Specify that clearly in the request to the mods. If a mod can't get to you when something is time critical, take as many screenshots as you can, most things can be fixed retrospectively. For mods: Have an organised way of listing people who Msg'ed you on a first come first serve basis, and reply to them in that order where possible. Even a simple "Give me a minute" goes a long way to ensuring that people are informed that you are actually doing stuff and are busy. And when you say "Give me a minute" make sure you actually get back to someone eventually, not forgot about them.
I Agree With This Whole Thing Im A UK User And Theres Hardly Any Mods Ever On Id Love To Apply But Thats Another Thing Im Usually On For Like 8 Or More Hours A Day And I Hardly Ever See A Mod In Those 8 Or More Hours But Either Way There Should Be More Active Mods Its A Deffo Thing That Needs To Happen
Exactly. I'm in different timezone and when it's morning-evening for me I hardly see any mods on, I think inactivity should be taken more seriously, there are tons of advertisers I have to report, spammers, and players who need a mods help example because they have been griefed. I see regulary only around 4-5 mods on every night when there is always a lot mods on, we need mods with different timezones is my opinion. By that I do not mean that I should be one.
The only mods I see regularly are: Taylor1211 MrMarioFan1 Livvy Snoopy117 Dirty Ninja Kerahna @maxmillian500
I don't see MrMarioFan1 on much the main mods I see (top four) are as follows: Kerahna Livvy Taylor1211 Goku_Time and rarely when Smods are on they ignore me
