They would of turned off tags.

 

I don't think RROD has, and I think they still have staff tags on.

 

Merks hasn't had tags on for a few months.

 

Someone told me he had staff ones on though. RROD definitely does.

As far as my knowledge with Xenforo, I don't think that is possible. (w/ the exception of add-ons) Even so, it wouldn't be a good decision as a mod.
