Considering I never bought my rank, my friend bought it for me. He said he needs to charge back cause he doesn't have any money. I'm a 100 donor. I don't want to be banned my friend can't help the fact that he has no money. Very Sorry, Ben.
This is a... Unique situation. I have no idea what to do here as donations are non-refundable. Though with someone upgrading you, you accept the terms of use which clearly say you understand the risk that the player could call their money back, leading to a ban. The only way I think is for you to re-pay the money [Charges included] to Noobcrew.
This is pretty simple, there are no refunds. Since he is the owner of the creditcard/paypal account that was used to buy donor and he voluntarily did it he made a choice to do so. The only case where a refund would happen is if you, say, use your parents' credit card and they mail Noobcrew about it. In this case Noobcrew would be forced to give the money back (because you practically stole it from your parents and gave it to him), and you'd get banned forever. So no, your friend can't have the money back, and therefor no, you won't get banned either.
Yeah but that's a bulls*** thing to say since there simply won't be a chargeback. This isn't a situation where Noobcrew is forced to give back the money, since the payment was made by the owner of the money.
Not swearing at all, and if I was it wouldn't be your responsibility to let me know. Also that doesn't have anything to do with the topic. Chargeback won't happen unless there's a reason for Noobcrew to give it back (i.e. stolen money). In that case permanent ban will happen. This isn't such a case so there simply won't be a refund (like clearly stated in the FAQ!)
No it's not, s*** is just a pretty normal word, no person older than 10 cares about it. Noobcrew has the possibility to refund at any time, but for f***'s sake (yes, that might be swearing)... It's a donation, you donate because you like the server and want to help Noobcrew cover the costs. You can indeed donate to get your rank and stuff, but you shouldn't. Donations are to help Noobcrew. If you donate your change to charity in a shop you're not going to run back in 2 days later and be like 'Yeah imma need my change back.....', you can't do that here either. So simply put: Noobcrew can do refunds, he doesn't because he has no rason to do so. In case you steal money and donate it to Noobcrew he will refund the money to the owner and you will be banned. In OP's case the money was given to Noobcrew by the owner of the money and Noobcrew will not refund it.
If a donation is made in your account's name with your permission, and then charged back, you account will be banned. The only way to be unbanned is to close the charge back, or contact noobcrew and pay the money and additional charges. As stated above.
