To Start Off With Hello. My name is Richard, and I would like to be a moderator for Skyblock.net! Your in-game name: My in-game name is Ashsflames. Without the period, by the way. What timezone are you in? I am in Pacific Standard Time. What languages do you speak? Currently, I only speak the English language. Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) I have never been banned to anything, any server, or anyone. Why do you think you should be a mod? I think I should be a mod because I feel that a lot of people have problems with the server, and I see the ways to fix it, but I would have to need more than my donor status to help. If this gets accepted, thankfully, I can help! I am a fast typer and reader, so I could do things quicker than other mods could. I also know basic commands, like /ban and /kick (player, time, reason) so I'm not a complete noob to commands. I think that I should also be a mod because I see times when there are always no mods on, and everyone's lava bucket trading, dirt trading, and cheating and hacking aswell. I would like to be on, those times, so I can make this server an funner and happier experience for everyone. How long can you be active on the server everyday? It really depends. Somedays I'm active on the server for hours at a time. sometimes half hours. But normally, after I'm done doing all the daily hell of the day, I can hop on my computer, and play on this server. Do you have any past experience as a moderator?I don't have any past experience as a moderator. I hope you don't judge me for this too much. Sorry guys. Anyway! This was my moderator application for skyblock.net. I hope I can make the cut and help others in my journey! Personally, Richard. (AKA Ashsflames)
Ok. Before I start, don't take this as a criticism. I am trying to help you. That was barely an app. There wasn't much information and by the looks of things you didn't spend too much time on it. I think that for most people, looking at moderators mod apps and well viewed and liked apps is a good idea. Also, include a lot more detail about why you should be a mod. Most people that create mod apps generally use about 60-80 lines of space in total, and they have well thought the whole app. Here are some tips: A: include a lot more detail, and maybe include some things about you, e.g. Personality etc B: if you want to become mod, you need to put hard work into it. Don't just make an app or whatever, mods and admins need to see you helping out in game a lot. When I say a lot, I mean A JOLLY LOT xD. But yeah, as I was saying you need to help out heaps not just in game but on the forums too. Also, be on the forums regularly because that way people get to know you and will come support your app. C: make your app eye catching. Put stuff in bold and stuff in colour, maybe use italics. Have line spaces between every section if your app and when you make it, have paragraphs of things, rather than just a big clump of words that become annoying to read D: I know you haven't done this, but just to be sure, don't include "donor" anywhere and don't tag mods, as that will probably make them not like it. I hope that you don't take this as a criticism because I am trying to help you have some good chances of getting mod. There are a few other things but I think it's best if I let you think of them because then you are putting time into the app. Hope this helped, - Archeopstoms
