This is my app for .net (which I play daily), However I do play Hellblock and if chosen I will gladly serve either one, wherever the need is greater.

BACKGROUND:
What time zone are you in?
My time zone is EST, I am located in North Carolina. However, this does not accurately represent when I am on. I have a European work/sleep schedule during my work days so Im on the server during those times. On my days off I am on during typical US times. Best of both worlds
What languages do you speak?
English and Spanish studies at the collegiate level.
Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)
Yes, just 1 time ever. It was on .net. I upgraded someone and a big part of the deal was for him to coop with me and terraform my island. Unbeknownst to me materials were used that the owner had not originally placed on his island, and were illegal.
Tell me about yourself?
I am a 25 y/o male with a degree in Business Administration & Computer Info Systems. I'm a down to earth person who likes gaming and the outdoors. Some of my favorite things I like to do include judo/juijitsu, kickboxing, making/building stuff, target practice and I love my two Siberian Huskies . I get along with anyone, regardless of age, race, location, ect. I've always been known as a problem solver and typically known by Sherlock, for my meta-game intuitive personality for solving issues and figuring people out. I also tend to be extremely meticulous and somewhat OCD..

EXPERIENCE:
Why do you think you should be a mod?
I am very confident in my skills as a Moderator as my time spent being an Admin and server Owner (more below) has challenged me with everything a Mod would ever need to face and much more. Its been a long road, so I guess you could say I'm battle tested and proven as I am successful in the things I set my mind to.

Combined with my many years of experience, I also simply like to help others. I know what its like to enter a server and get bombarded with request. I can effectively manage situations such as these and give players individualized attention. Anyone who knows me knows this is how I am.

I currently have some useful commands which allows me to better assist players in need in attempts to redirect traffic from the mods who are already being swarmed with request. I am active on this server daily, and many times players need help that can only come from a Mod which leaves me wishing I could do more for them. Most of the time, I reply with /msg and help out any way I can, sometimes even giving grass or a diamond for instance if it was taken. I don't announce it or ask for anything in return.

With older games like Minecraft, the community is what keeps the game going and we all have that first impression by someone who did a favor for us. It is this that keeps a community strong.

How long can you be active on the server every day?
Even though I am EST, I am on for many hours before other US Mods who are still in school and not able to be on. My schedule is very flexible.
.Net Hours: 3-6 hour Minimum, Some days I'm on significantly longer
Forum Hours: I'm Connected/Active for about 17 hours. I do get auto-logged off from time to time. I include this because its just as important to be active on here too.

CORE COMPETENCIES:
Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
As noted above, I am currently a server Administrator and Owner of a 3+y/o server with over 110,000 registered users. It's not Minecraft, as I do not desire to run my own MC server, I simply wish to be a part of one as a Mod and use my background to help a gaming community in which I love.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Bans and Ban Appeals, corrective action & coaching
• Staffing, Training and overall team management
• Server security, working with dev's, managing plug-ins
• Managing my .com website and related steam group/forum
• Donations and Ranking
• Availability & Speedy replies to questions, comments or concerns
• Implementing new maps/spawns and region protection

NOTE FOR THE READER:
I appreciate those who have taken the time to view and read this application. I did want to say as an experienced admin, I too get flooded with requests for staff positions and many of those requests are those who simply want a title or power. I am already used to that and this is not the intent of this Mod application; however, after faithfully playing this server day after day, being a Mod for this server simply means I will be better equipped to do the things I already do.

I like to be that first good encounter for a lot of players, as this has always been a part of my mantra of "building the server that I as a player would want to join." Please consider this along with my years of experience as you chose the next Moderator.

Hello this is zeppy404 ignsherlock is a great player and he helps me alot . If i ever need help hes there. I think noobcrew should consider him for a mod because he is hardworking , and nice . He would make a great diffrence.

He helps me with things and i think he is the perfect person to be a mod. and according to other players they think he should be a mod too, again he is a very helpful person, responsible and always replies back. He would be a great mod
