You sat their for 30 minutes bashing Akrill, calling him a bad mod and that he never looked at your mod app. After a few people told you it's his first day (and he's doing great) you continued to bash him.
Mods do not have a say in who gets picked for moderator. it's up to NoobCrew.

You also complained that Akrill never helped you, when you never asked for help and he was in the middle of helping someone else. You also kept asking him to view your mod app, again it doesn't matter he could have viewed it and not posted.

Applications could have 5 views and still get mod, views/post don't matter. You don't want to 'bump' the thread every 20 minutes so it's up the top. - Because we cannot leave notes on tempbans I'll unban you when I wake up.

Just keep in mind, mods do their best to keep everyone happy but it was Akrill and I modding 223 others.
Saying someone is a bad mod on their first day is pretty low.
