i was at my friend momo819's island and all of the sudden the screen turned black
it put me at spawn and then i put in /home it said "you do not have an island so could u please get it back please please please get it back

 

Did you get coop invited to momo's island or tpa'd?

If not momo819 <•••• tagging momo so he/she can help you.

I'm still awesome with your signature but on topic, yes I have been hearing a lot about islands disappearing with no warning lately.

 

I'm very confused. Although you say the screen went black and up you at spawn, there is a crash report meaning it crashed...

Sry guys I've been busy all day and I just got back from school, anyways so this is what I know what happened to the best of my knowledge... I asked people who needed help on their islands, Kayla over here asked me to help here expand and build a house for her, I'm guessing that you are female Kayla I apologize if I'm incorrect. Anyways I helped her out for a few days on her island, as far as I know she was the only one on the island and it's owner, the other day when she asked to come onto my island I /tpa'd here and she started to look around. When she went to check out my town area, which for some reason lags everyone who has been there... Even Cypriot... (This may have something to do with it, but I'm not sure..) anyways I told her of the dangers of lag, and she came back and started to check out the rest of my island, when she went to go see my storage area, she fell off my island and into the void, then she just vanished from the server, either she logged out, or was kicked from the lag. Anyways she came on and discovered that her island was gone and msged me about it, and I told her to post this thread on the forums, step by step, and that we should wait for a mod/admin to check, and that I would ask any mods/admins that I saw to look on here. And that's about it. I didn't send Kayla any coop requests, because I'm not the coop leader and the island coop is full according to my knowledge unless the 8 coop upgrade has come into effect.

So CypriotMerks , Noobcrew can you guys check this problem out for Kayla. Please.

 

This happened to me to. I am cooped and it said I don't have an island. It really sucked because I lost my items in inventory. I don't think the owner kicked me though.

 

Does anyone else have access to your account?

Islands don't get deleted randomly, you have to join another coop or replace your island for it to be deleted.

Was anyone else in your coop if yes they will be the party leader and your island will still be there if not then I am sorry but there is no possible way to get your island back. Once an island is deleted, it's gone for good.

If you had any important items ask one of the super mods to refund you and it'll also be great if you could provide screenshots.

 

cyp.... my friend epicgeorgelim did have his island disappear randomly one day... and also anothor friend kept spawning on someone else's island just randomly, and he had no connection to that island at all..

 

Ok, My island re-appeared and I got back to it.
