Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) No I've never ever been banned ever anywhere. And I'm proud.

Why do you think you should be a mod? I think I should become mod because

• trustworthy: I have been trusted by many players and have never let them down also as a Boy Scout I learn to be trustworthy above other things. I never have been banned on this or any server and I intend to keep it that way. Honesty is the best policy so I never break any rules and try to be a good Skyblocker and benefit the comunity as a whole.
• Helpful: have helped in banning several greifers and have never been banned myself. I try to help others when I find it possible. I believe this server needs someone to regulate chat and trade better and I could be that guy. I normally deliver saplings to unfortunate players who had not gotten one from their tree or give iron to people without buckets, or even giving ice and obsidian to help those who have lost those items. I do this all out of the goodness of my heart and all I'll ever ask is a thank you. Of coarse I'm also interested in the other aspects of helping with greifing looting and other offenses.
• Smart: I have been on this server for what felt like ages and ave been playing Minecraft since its beginning making me very knowledgeable. I do my research and also I have a lot of common sense and am very book smart (A+ to B average). This will allow me to help solve even the trickiest of problems using investigative skills and knowledge of the game and how everything works .
• friendly: I'm welcoming to all and kind and courteous to others as I feel, mod or not, it is my duty. I have a good seance of humor I give advice to others, support those who are playing, and encourage other players to play the game. I try to make friends with others and get to know other players. I am polite and considerate to others and love to help.
• quick to respond: when i can i will help others at a rapid pace and can tolerate others immaturity well. I have a fast typing ability so it will be almost immediate action as soon as the evidence is true. I can also respond to ban appeals and other things fast as i am almost always on.
• Informed: I am very familiar with many most of minecraft's and bukkit's functions and keep up on the latest to keep players informed and I understand how most technical aspects of minecraft as well. i also am familiar with all the plugins this server contains and experiment on my own in a private environment to test glitches
• fast typer: Allowing responses at a fast speed and the best results!
• Sympathy: I understand how newer players can feel pressured and a bit scared, but I can reassure them and take them under my wing. I could show them how the server works and possibly even become their first source of help.
• respect: Anyone and everyone on this server has this respect. of coarse my respect lasts as long as yours does for me.
• I am on a lot . I wish to enhance others playing experience by helping make this server a better place. I would attempt to help regulate trade and spam in the chat. Did I mention I love helping! I see the experience mods need and am ready to go up to the challenge to become a Tmod. Also when I'm on sometimes I see no mods but much chaos when that happens I might be able to help this. I have also been on this server for what feels like forever and am very dedicated to it.
• Courteous : I keep my language clean and my words polite.
• Cheerful: most of the time I'm happy and joyful while I'm on!
• Observant: I have an accurate problem solving skill level and can find things you normally wouldn't just kick down a door and see in plain sight as things aren't always what they seem. This should help see the big picture when hunting down rule breakers.
• Resourceful : I use tools I'm given to my advantage when helping others and know how and when to use any one tool in many different ways

What qualifications do you have? I had run my own server at one point (it's gone now couldn't afford it) and I know how to handle with rule breakers of all sorts. I have experience with logback world edit and many other common plugins I'm familiar with most all of the plugins (made myself familliar with the rest now) this server uses. I also know the rules like the back of my hand err foot or something I know them very well is my point. I have a good computer and can record as well as collect screenshots to collect evidence efficiently. I also am a very fast Typer. I have a high tolerance and handle pressure in rough situations well. I have been on this server a while and am dedicated to the entire skyblock community. I attempt to make everyone's experience enhance change for the better. I am friendly and can be on often. also I can communicate with others efficiently. i am sympathetic(now more than ever). I'm also a decent programmer if that counts for anything. Also I understand the burden of being a server owner and that mods are there to help Also on another server I've been trusted with full admin powers console and all because I know what I'm doing with perms and commands and all that.

How long can you be active on the server everyday? I can definitely be on at minimum 1 hour and a maximum 6-8 hours a day. However on weekends (and in the summer) i can be on for a maximum of 10+ hours. (Wednesdays are hard though i have a limited schedule then possibly 3-4 hours)(I have no life lol)

• Okay, to start school runs from 7:00 AM(EST) to 2:49 PM (EST) so I'm free from about
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4 PM to 9:30 PM (give or take a few hours)
• Wednesday 4 PM- 6 PM (give or take a few hours)
• Sunday and Saturday now this is tricky from whenever i wake up (6:30 am-11:00 AM is the average time range) to at most 10:30 PM I will hopefully be able to get on.

How long have you been playing skyblock.net? A long time can't remember the date but I could estimate around 5 months i believe 6 or 7 more like 9-10 now ^_^ i have been trying to count still trying to get the exact amount of time though I've only been extremely active starting the end of 1.4 release (don't quote me on that though).

Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Only on my own small server and nowhere else. I ran it for maybe 2-3 months and had to take it down due to there being insufficient funds for the server. I had banned a few players there too (greifing and spam). I was a good moderator there (or as I was told by the players) and got some positive feedback. This is also where i learned most of the plugins common to most servers (/pet loggback essentials ect.). I am also a mod on another server currently (can't share ip obviously) and I do quite well got my first ban for spam on that server and a few more for greifing very recently and counting I also caught a few people in there acts on this server (most banned/ warned). Also I'm now mod on a few other servers quite small but every other server has given me positive feedback. On one server I even have console privileges and am a full admin.

It's kind of short, and the colours are scattered randomly, making the whole thing hard to reade. I would suggest making the app longer, by adding detail and changing your colours, to make it easer to read. ie, making a paragraph just 1 colour, not lots.

The colour scheme is much better, although you still lack detail. I would suggest you look at some successful apps to se how much is needed.

 

I know you quite a lot greenkid. I see you on the server a lot. I would take monkey's advice by adding more details. Also, I support anyway due to I know you help people.

There is such a thing as timezones... Also, just saying "anyone need help" isn't doing much. Truly helping is when someone says "oh no, I lost my bucket" or "help I've been griefed" and you go to them and do whatever you can. This will obviously go un-noticed, however, it is far better than just trying to show off your generosity by saying "anyone need help".
