Well, let's be serious, not to start any arguments, but no mod is "perfect".
We've all snapped at one point, and yes, that includes the admins. But that doesn't mean the rare occurrence is the final decision.
But from your perspective, it may seem worse than it really is. <###

 

Says the person that no supported me. Though, Terrick, this is when me and Sleepy first met. I noticed he wasn't tending to the greenbeans, so I was formal and very calm about it and said he should spend more time talking to them about their problems. He took it as a sign of hatred, which it wasn't, and we had an arguement, After it was over, we both apologized and it was never brought up again until now. The time I make an Application is when he shows the one time I was actually somewhat rude to someone. I'm fine with his opinion. I just thought it seemed a little odd how he no supported because of the one time I let my rudeness show.

 

If I were to dwelve and post all the pictures of the time any one(Tmod+) was rude, oh boy. I think that would make his one argument look like a tiny acorn in a oak tree.

 

I'd just like to sum up what I've seen here.

You look like an all round person, nice and kind.

You have shown some aspects of what a moderator needs in-game (from what I've seen) but sometimes it feels like you just... Forget it, simply just sit there.

And you also seem to lack some respect for the job.
I've never seen the net chat the way a mod sees it, but I'm sure it's hard to control. Imagine seeing 3-4 players screaming out "Mod! Mod!" While the cluster of the chat is raging around. I can tell you already, it's not easy.
Perhaps, try and get your head 100% ready for this, and know what you're throwing yourself into.

But, that aside.
I'll try to keep an eye open.

 

I understand where you're getting at, but as I said in my Application. I've played 7-8 months and I just made this app Yesterday. I have waited such a long time preparing myself for several people at once telling me their problems. I finally thought about all the people whom told me to make this Application and configured that into my mind and decided I thought it was time I finally see who really wants me to be Moderator and who does not. If you do not think i'm ready or if you do, i'm all open for ears. I have even prepared myself for if I do not get the Moderating Position. ^.^ Thank you for your feedback as well. I really appreciate it.
Also, I would like to know how I do not have respect for the job. If I had no respect for it, I would laugh at the people whom do become Moderators and not even try to become one myself. That's the way I see "no respect".

What I was getting at was that a) you think being a moderator is all that. You help a few greenbeans to support you and *poof* you're popular. No, you have to actually work to get there. b) There was nothing "formal and very calm" about it. You called me out in the middle of public chat because I said I didn't like TobyGaming. It had nothing to do with me helping the players, you just wanted the attention of you, so you started insulting me.

And honestly, I considered us friends before that, but I don't now, sorry.

I obviously had no intention of making you angry. I just think that you should have been doing Moderating business. (Didn't want to say your "job" because you don't believe it's your job.) I did not just help a few greenbeans. I helped plenty. 50+. Also, I do not want attention. I want friends. I don't like being rude. As you see on my Application, many people think I am the sweetest person on the server. Toby was my friend, so I just stated the obvious about yourself. Listen, this is my Moderator App so just get out all the rude things you think about me. I really need your opinion.

Haha finally Kuraii applies. You probably don't know me well but I have been "watching" you for a little and have seen you are very active. I have asked you a few questions before and you were super helpful. I hope you become a moderator and I would love to know you better. You have me the inspiration to try and apply for mod tomorrow. I just realized you said I was laughing at you. You're an awesome person+Moderator. Why would I laugh at you because you didn't like one of my friends or because you were ignoring greenbeans? You're in a serious position and I want to have a chance to work with you and every other Moderator so we can all have good times together. I don't dislike you because you have said mean things to me and you shouldn't dislike me because of some of the things I've said to you. I want us to be friends and forget the past. but I know some people hold grudges longer than others so take your time and not forgive me for as long as you need.

Haha, I just realized to reply. Hi, also, thank you for your support! I would like to point out as well, you don't have to be a donor to stand out. You donate if you like the server enough and have the money for it. You probably like the server a lot, but you have no money to buy a donor rank. Which is totally fine. Not everyone can afford to be a donor. Like me, I really didn't have the money but I did a yard sale and boom. I paid to be 100$ donor. ^.^ Little things like being a donor aren't necessary for being a Moderator. The support doesn't really matter either. The support is for you to have the faith and hope to keep going on, It also bumps up your Application letting the Admins see your Application and show whether or not to let you on the team of Moderators. I hope this helps you and don't listen to Terrick too much, but do remember don't advertise your Application in chat or on others forums but it's okay with me if you have already done so. Because I want everyone else to have a fair chance at Moderating just as much I do. ^.^ Best of luck to you and once again, thank you for your support.
