Maybe I have seen more detailed apps, more active people etc.
But put of all, I would say this about Magik:

Magik, is a helpful guy, he is nice and he is reliable, even after being let down, he is still to trust. And he trusts you, but wouldn't break a rule.

The player in question (Magik) is a great guy, and would fit greatly in the moderator team, he would help in all cases.
He's great and everything, maybe he doesn't pop up everywhere, he was there, Magik isn't one of the players who get in trouble a lot.

To sumarize it:
