5. Why do YOU think you were banned? Because I asked Dark a question about something and then Dark asked me about it later on and I said nevermind. I eventually responded to Dark through Skype.
6. Was this an incorrect ban? I'm not sure.
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Three times, but I don't know why I was banned the first and third times. It might have been for block building and the server thinking I was flying or something. It didn't say why I was banned on the ban message. The second time was a misunderstanding where a moderator thought i bridged when I didn't. It was all worked out. I was just recently temp-banned for 1 hour by the server. It probably thought I was flying when I wasn't. It wouldn't really make sense considering I now have perms for /fly.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I will edit this part when I learn more about why I was banned.

Just tagging you so you can see this appeal faster, as I don't believe other mods will be able to help with this case.

 

I kept asking you Over and over, repeatedly, and you refused to answer every single time. Even Ungod had to tell you to answer me, yet you still Did not. It was almost a half hour of getting you to stop avoiding did you finally answer on Skype, and it still made no sense. I misinterpreted the way that you were handling me not responding to what you asked. When I said nevermind, you said "No one says nevermind to me". Since you said "No one says nevermind to me", and I misinterpreted that, I responded to that by rewording what I said into something like "Please ignore what I previously asked." Later, when you did the pixel art thing, you said something like "Respond or the wool gets it". I know I'm leaving stuff out but these are some of the things that led me to believe that the conversation wasn't a serious one. Since I thought that the conversation wasn't a fully serious one, I got confused when Ungod msged me and told me to answer you. I was unaware of the seriousness of the conversation.

 

Due to pressing matter on Dark's part, I will be overseeing this appeal now as I was a witness. I would just like to inquire as to why you thought she was joking? When a moderator asks you a question like that you should take them seriously to begin with.

 

I'm turning this appeal over to Ungod, as I have a personal matter to attend to..

 

A. I was unaware of the seriousness of the situation to begin with. B. I thought it was not a serious situation because when I said nevermind, and Dark said "No one says nevermind to me", I saw it as an arrogant statement, and since I don't see Dark as an arrogant person and I haven't seen Dark be arrogant, I thought that Dark was kinda playing around, since if I haven't seen her be arrogant before, why would she start now?

 

Not that I should be here, but I Did NOT say "No-one says Nevermind to me" I had said "Don't tell me nevermind"

 

Under the circumstances I will unban. However, I expect none of this again.
