If so, then what's the point of making stone not generate ores? Ore generators work based off of moss. No moss, no ore generators. Is Noobcrew just spitting in our eye making stone in general not produce ores?
We are working on the spam issue. The changes are implemented and it should be live after next scheduled restart or sooner. All limits are per island.
Okay so I strongly urge you to test this for yourself. But stone gens still generate ores. That's fine, that works. Moss-based ore generators won't work because moss now spreads to ores. But the ores very much still generate in the stone.
Eco has the usual number of players on, and TPS is back to 10. So idk if these changes were intended to impact TPS at all, but they have not.
I have been complaining about the quartz bug for a while. glad its being fixed but nerfing ore gen???
Currently looks like the average TPS has increased from 10 to 12 which should result in a 20% increase in cropper farm income from what we had previously.
These limits, are they per 60 seconds or 60x20 ticks which, at around 10 TPS is actually 120 seconds? also, was there a performance improvement expected with this update?
not sure how to fix the issue? I have no farms activated atm but still getting the msg? Is this hoppers or hopperminecarts? Edit: tried to remove hopperminecarts (pretty sure I have/had less than 15) but still getting the msg It goes down to 9000 then straight away back up to 10000 within seconds
I think this is the spam message matt mentioned earlier on this thread, but it looks like hoppers While it might heavily affect everyone, I think lagg fix is more of a priority. Either way I'm sad too see u go D:
Clarifying a couple things: 1. I did mistakenly claim stone will no longer generate ores when they in fact still do, however moss will spread to ores which will make the stone related ore gen machines less useful or intentionally broken. 2. Issues with spam messages have been fixed, you will now only be alerted if you are reaching 90%+ of one of the limits.
im having this issue rn and it doesnt even work for unlocked islands, wont let me /back to anywhere wether its locked or not, only works for /warp
There are two limits for Hoppers and Hopper Minecarts. The block limit is separate but the transfer limit for Hoppers and Hopper Minecarts is the same. We are adding a separate limit for Hopper to Hopper chains in the next update.
