Much like the feature where you can click on someones name to /visit them, I think it would be cool if you could click on text on a sign and automatically put it into chat, or even be able to teleport just by doing that. This could be applicable to any command in theory. Let me know if there's any issues with the idea. Examples of Use: - Sign on your island that says "/visit name for free moss". Player clicks it instead of manually typing it and they get teleported. -Maybe they love the farm and want to donate some money to say thank you. Not to worry, there's a donation box with a sign that reads "/pay [name] 10,000" -AFK Farms with lists of other AFK farms. Simply click on the name you want to TP to. No struggles with trying to spell it correctly and having to memorise it. People Who Would Benefit From This: - People in our community with Dyslexia or other reading/writing disadvantages. -Younger players who may struggle to type out or remember long or complex names. -Bedrock players without the luxury of TAB to auto-complete a player name/command. -Lazy people who simply just want a streamlined experience. It could maybe be differentiated from normal signs the same way shops signs are - for example, to set up a command sign you type [CMND] on it and then follow a GUI to input what command what you want it to perform when clicked. Please add to this if you see any extra pros or cons.
Signs where you click to visit should be fine but allowing arbitrary commands doesn't seem safe. Donation shops also already exist using the current shop system.
Click to visit would be cool, not sure if I'd use it on my island but it's a fun idea. I agree with Sky though that there is already a donation mechanic in place using existing shops and this isn't something that needs to be added.
