The server is going downhill. The people who have the power to change the server dont care. Staff team is falling apart. People let drama happen and never report it. Then get mad when nothing gets fixed. Both staff and players are at fault for the downfall of the server. Favoritism among staff leave specific players unpunished.
The server going down like the titanic honestly and it's a joint effort between both groups: staff and players. AJZZ said it pretty well in my opinion that there are players having issues, then not reporting them, then getting mad when nothing's fixed. I see players constantly act up and then pull the "I'm joking" card, when they know that's not the point. No one wants to take accountability for their actions and behavior, and it is really causing more problems than there need to be in my opinion. There are some great staff of course and I don't speak ill on anyone personally, but I do feel like there needs to be more done as a community.
The first almost zero effort thing the community can do to help the server is to report the things that are against the rules!
Imagine being upset at someone being mad about being reported, it's that person's fault for acting up in the first place!
tps sucks but eco drama has been a bit better lately. dex says they're gonna try a new server structure approach so maybe that'll work.
