D400 as mentioned by the previous people is true. You give money to cyp, he gives you this rank plus a creative item along with invsee/echest whoever u like even staff. Speed. Some disguise, all previous kits. Cyp around just before the release of new sb from classic sb (2018)i hearf that the reason he left was that crew found out about all this EVEN + cyp was accepting extra money for creative items separately from the rank itself. Crew told cyp to resign himself and just be gone like that (thats what he did and there was never any official announcement of him leaving) or announce all this "illegal" thing that he has been doing and get him in trouble. Plus thats why noobcrew didnt do so much for the d400 with the release of new sb other that just /kit elytra. Its not an official rank. Even all those years people have suggested stuff/ideas for this rank and all were declined. On classic d400 is super good (if u got 400$ to spare) and d400 on survival (new sb) is useless and nothing more than invsee and echest others.
This is very much how I always understood the rank to be. As far as I'm aware, Donor400 was a completely under the table rank Cyp was selling to people through his personal Paypal, and that was at least part of the reason for his mostly silent departure. That was definitely the common knowledge at the time the rank was available. Crew of course could have chose to add it to the store on an official basis afterwards (or continued to run it as a "secret" rank just with added legitimacy like a proper receipt), but obviously that hasn't happened yet.
