Hello, thanks for appealing. I'm your banning moderator and will be talking through your ban with you. You were primarily banned for impersonation AND death threats. Through my years of moderating, they place a very high punishment in my books. Not only was there a death threat, you told someone to 'kill themselves'. You call yourself 'Choco_orang' - which you know is a well-known player of economy. By using a name similar to his own, you are causing players confusion and making it look like his alt which is causing trouble. If I'm going to accept this appeal, I think you should consider changing your name. As mentioned, impersonation and death threats - it says it clearly on your ban message. And when you say "but it was not that bad" are you trying to say that telling people to kill themselves is not that bad? I think you need to realise impressionable children play this game, as well as those who are having their own struggles. Last thing anyone needs is someone randomly calling out death threats to them in chat. Remember that. You got a lot of proving to do in your next few replies. If you're going to come back after a year and "play fair" the least you can do is watch your behaviour, it was completely uncalled for so if you want to stay in this community, please just be kind and polite, if someone is causing you problems, you report it - don't take action into your own hands and make it worse for yourself. I look forward to hearing your reply, please take these points into consideration before getting back to me. These are some serious words, you may mean things as a joke - but remember not everyone is like you and has your mindset.
hello, last year i think i must have changed my name, Now I did not realise it was impersonation as i forgot why it was Chocrange , I have changed it now. Furthermore I am terribly sorry about my chat, I am super remorseful. Sometimes I am hot headed but am continually trying to stay calm not only in MC in the coming future but also real life. I hope you can see that I have come back a year later and want to change and play the game for the game rather than to abuse others or cause trouble. please consider my appeal. Thank you, Finlay
Thank you for replying to me, let’s not waste anymore time. Thank you for changing your name, that alone is a first positive step forward. Id like to ask you why you think telling someone to kill themselves is acceptable? I can’t think of any single reason why saying that to someone would be deemed appropriate. So I’d like to hear from you why you think that’s okay, furthermore as I mentioned previously - there are children who play this game. So you need to watch what you’re saying and how you’re portraying yourself if you wish to come back to the server. I understand you’ve had a small break, you want to come back and enjoy the game - but this isn’t the best way to make a return. If you can accept how wrong this is, and show a more positive behaviour - I’m happy to accept this appeal and move on. Thanks, Geo
It was meant as a joke, now I have realised that it was totally wrong and as you said kids do play this game so to do what I did was not funny whatsoever, I understand that it was wrong and a bad influence and I am very remorseful and apologise deeply about what I said. I will make sure to thrive for positive behaviour from here on thanks Finlay
