Fully support this. I no longer vote on a consistent basis because of this.

 

Also agree with this. Though its been raised to me from staff that not receiving votes offline is intended and meant to encourage the player to be actively playing when voting. But that still means one server has missing rewards, which is one of the main ways other than rank kits of getting grass on survival.

 

Yes we should bring this back. The gap between both server shouldn't be large. Player should be able to play on both servers without having a major "skill" gap between them. Having rewards on both servers incentives players to vote and trade amongst the Skyblock community. Trading helps players know the community better and it makes the server better all-round. After all both server are voting for the same Skyblock.net so we should get rewards on both servers.

 

Don't see how offline rewards are relevant here, that's kind of off-topic from this suggestion as a whole. In addition, it seems like the staff are saying here that they will not refund lost rewards from the past (as in they would have to refund EVERYONE who lost rewards), which is once again irrelevant towards this thread.

Not sure how hard this would be to implement, as the server would have to verify that you're online on at least one server in order to give you rewards on the other servers. Not sure if the current vote listener is even capable of doing this.

On paper, it's a great idea and I'd definitely support it though.

 

At the moment, voting on eco is simply not worth it. I can't remember what the /bal amount that is given for a vote, but I know its less than 10k (less than the conversion rate, or at least the one I use). I can't say this for the value of the vote milestone rewards on survival is more than eco, but the 1 grass for each vote is much more 'money' than the bal that is given on an eco vote.

it takes 5 mins to log in and do your votes and log out tho , god i swear you guys want everything handed to you on a silver platter , make the effort if ur gonna play on minecraft servers

I agree, and I like logging on to say hi to everyone, but my main concern (and maybe other peoples') is the fact that when you vote, you no longer get rewards for both servers, only the one you are logged in on. Having rewards for both also created a sense of community between the two because many players would trade voter keys with the other server. I've met a few people from economy just from this, and it was sad to see this feature that brought the servers together taken away for seemingly no reason.

 

the issue is that you only receive your rewards on either /skyblock or /economy now, the suggestion is to let you receive them on both /skyblock and /economy again

 

Yea its keeping it fair now also , instead of bouncing between servers to get grass blocks or money , you actually have to be on and grind for it , so its fair play now

 

yea no its fine the way it is and also keeps it fairplay so i cant go join /economy and be better than a greenie etc or vice versa , start with the starter amount etc and keep it fair

 

I see what you mean, but the problem also arises from the fact that voting on economy is a waste.

On economy, you get 500 bal and 1 voter key for each vote. From what I have gathered, voter keys on eco are worth somewhere between 1.5k and 3k (guessing)

On survival you get 1 voter key and 1 grass block. Voter keys on survival usually go for 1 grass or somewhere around there. Using the 10k:1 grass conversion rate, that's almost 10x as much value for voting on skyblock, making voting on eco very inefficient.

I know there are milestone rewards as well, but I don't think they match up to the value of the epic key on survival. Using this information, shouldn't voting give rewards for both servers, or at the very least shouldn't eco vote rewards be much higher?

 

YUP! I 100% agree with this. BTW you get rewards on Skywars I think, which is weird considering hardly anyone plays it
