I realize my actions and throughout the time period of the entire situation, I realized how immature and unhealthy I was acting to players. Hey Soy, thank you for appealing. I won't go too in-depth on your chat behaviour since you get the gist of it. So allow me highlight the second reason for your punishment. You were advertising a book with a gift card code in your casino. You also put the same code up for sale in a shop, which was not advertised. The book that was on sale also had no information on what it actually was. It was bought, but the buyer wanted a refund because (1) he didn't want a gift card and (2) he didn't know it was a gift card. You declined his request, but in the end you still used the gift card yourself, which you had no right to, and the buyer was left with nothing. I'm sure you notice the issue there. You don't believe you were scamming, and to nuance it I don't believe your intent was to scam. But the events that led to this situation, the unadvertised and unclear gift card shop and the fact you used it yourself after selling it, is nevertheless a scamming situation regardless of the intent. I don't have to tell you that scamming isn't welcomed, but this case was something you could have avoided. Instead, another person experienced the consequences of your actions. Again, the player paid 5 million in balance and was eventually left without a gift card. Does this clarify a little that even if you didn't intend to scam, the player on the other end was still scammed based on the events that took place?
Honestly it does. I did not intend in the slightest to scam but the way i went about things and the way the entire situation went about caused another action after another until it was ireversable. So i am understanding of that. edit: all of it coming together including the disrespect to all the players surrounding me was wrong. i slowly and slowly got more and more rude and carless of what i said to other players and i shouldnt have consdering you do not know what they go through and considering the entire goal of skyblock is to create a good and healthy player base/community. so i do very much appologize. it was wrong and it was really just being beyond what i should have been.

So it's good to take the time and think about how others see what we do, and be attentive with things like trading. I also wanted to go over why balance from your brother's account was taken to revert the gift card trade. I apologise if I didn't word it correctly in your report, so to reiterate: the outcome is that 5 million from your brother's balance is taken to refund the player that bought your gift card. I'll explain why we did this. You play on the account SoyWRLD, though your brother's account is linked to it as an alt. We're usually fine with treating these cases as being different players and that punishments only go to the account that breaks a rule. But we will stop treating it this way if players still access their linked alt accounts. You referred to both of your linked alts as alt accounts at least once, and chat logs show you also access them. So we will treat them as alts even if someone else owns these accounts. Because your main account did not have enough balance to pay back for the gift card, balance from your alt was taken instead. Despite this I didn't want to go too far and ban the alts as well. Do you understand why we did what we had to?
Although I do not have access to them I might have said something without thinking or in a messing around way to make it seem as though. His accounts are in his computer which is separate from where I play. Considering this we also have our own rooms and I have no way of going in there without him seeing. But I understand how it can be seen as though I do have access because of how we talk to each other because we are siblings. But other than that I agree and I can see myself making better choices and creating a better environment for players in the server. I spoke without thinking and did things without thinking just because I didn’t care about the consequences when clearly I should have.
I'm glad you reflected upon yourself and understand our concern, and I see your point. You may have to figure out with your sibling if or how you'll pay him back. That's all there is on my part.
