Hi, my name is Slikassassin better known as Slik throughout all servers, and I've put a lot of thought into applying for staff.

I am fluent in English and Armenian.

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence?
Yes, I have an nvidia capturing program and Medal Tv.

How long can you be active on our platforms everyday?
I typically hop on everyday around 7pm and am on until 2am everyday.

When did you first join Skyblock?
I joined Economy roughly a year ago, and I usually switch between servers quite often.

Have you ever been banned on any platform?
No, I have never been banned on any of the platforms.

Do you have any past moderation experience?
Yes, I have past experience with moderation.
I moderate a decently sized discord server and I have great experience in helping people whenever they need it. I work in a very social environment and am used to seeing all different types of speech.

Why do you think you should become a staff member?
I help people all the time whenever I'm on and someone has a question I'm always there to answer it, if they need help I always go out of my way to help them out to the best of my ability. I have also personally helped NoobCrew with many bugs and brought light to many things that weren't running as he would have wanted it to on his Mineverse server.

When it comes to trust I always give everyone trust due to the fact that trust goes a very long way with me. I give people the benefit of the doubt, until evidence is found that they are guilty and then I will handle the situation as accordingly.

✧ Friendly & Helpful ✧
I am always there for anyone, if you know me I am a very easy to talk to person and if there is anything anyone needs I will go way out of my way to accommodate for their needs.

✧ Teamwork ✧
Teamwork is a very important trait to have in my personal opinion. Its a separate thing to be good working on anything solo, but the way I see it is that its better to have another set of eyes looking at whatever the subject or situation is ahead of you to know the best way to assess it. I work in a teamwork motivated environment and I'd say I am very good at working with others on whatever the topic is.

✧ Problem-solver ✧
When it comes to problem solving I really think to myself what the thing I could do in the situation that is in front of me. I assess then act on it, I get both sides of the story then look at evidence provided and evaluate the best thing to do in that situation and of course I ask colleagues on their thoughts as-well.

Do you meet the requirements for staff?
Yes, I personally think that I have the qualifications for staff.

Fat support! You are able to handle situations, and you are flexible which shows dedication. You know the ins and outs of the server and know you want to make a positive change. You're able to get along with many people and you are able to see both sides of situations which is something I don't really see on here and it bothers me a lot. I wish you good luck on your application.

My recommendation would be to be more active in the skyblock discord and on forums.

 

Support, just because he is always helpful in chat and very active. He handles situations when they aren't any other staff online. He makes chat more welcoming to talk in, he would be a very good addition to staff he knows the community very well.
