List of my propsed parts (all of the parts will be white): CPU: Intel i7 12th gen 12700k CPU Cooler: Corsair iCUE H100i Elite Capellix Cooling Fans: Corsair iCUE SP120 RGB Elite Performance 120mm White Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B550-A Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 Storage: SAMSUNG 970 EVO Plus SSD GPU: Either ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3070 Twin Edge or ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3070 (am not 100% certain yet) Case: Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB Mid-Tower Power Supply: Corsair RM Series (2021), White, RM850, 850 Watt, 80 Plus Gold Certified Monitor: ASUS TUF Gaming 32" 1440P HDR Curved Monitor (VG32VQ) - QHD (2560 x 1440), 144Hz Other parts: Mouse: Glorious Model O- (Minus) Wired RGB 58g Lightweight Gaming Mouse Keyboard: Ducky One 2 Mini Pure White (I also plan on adding white Japanese/English keycaps. The result would look similar to below without the pink colors because I hate pink lol) This might sound ridiculously overkill to some. But this proposed all-white build has been my dream for the past 3-4 years now, and I have been saving for parts now since late 2020. Also, some of the parts I plan to buy will come from eBay (New or Like new) instead of Amazon to save money. The estimated total of all of these components will come around to be slightly over $2000 (Budget is $2500). I have not actually began the process of obtaining the parts until I am at at least $2000 (currently at $1400). Mainly, I will use this PC for a variety of PC games, from Destiny 2 to COD. Also, scalpers and crypto miners can go f*ck themselves.
Nice, you took my suggestion for the 3070 Everything else is looking good to me tbh, looks like a good rig. If you play a lot of games though I would recommend that 2nd ssd. An all white setup sounds really cool to me, and I would love to see pictures if you do this Rip to your bank account though haha
Noted, will keep this in mind when I finally get around to buying parts. Indeed xD. At least my dream will finally be accomplished, so a win-win imo.
There’s no way you get all that for that price??!?!? If you somehow do, kudos to you, but that graphics card choice gon make it reaaal hard (or so I would assume?)
That's what pcpartpicker.com told me. The price was rounded to roughly $2150 last time I checked in March. And yeah, the graphics card is going to make it hella tough to stay within budget without breaking my bank account. I know that the prices for GPUs is staring to slowly decrease, but the cheapest ones I found on eBay (where im going to buy my GPU and CPU for either new or like new) are still at 750 dollars for the Zotac and roughly 950 dollars for the ASUS Rog strix.
