These are just 2 small suggestions for the voting tab. The correct time for this voting website is actually 8 P.M. EST and not 7 P.M. EST. My second suggestion is to add the Top Voters for each month on the voting page, and pictures of their heads/skins if possible.
Gamzee24 Ah yes, thank you for the disagree rating. You believe we should waste our developers precious time on this insignificant changes and stay on 1.12.2 with 1.8.9 content? Amazing idea!
Not sure how you compare the time and effort required for updates but i think a small piece of text in forums and the time a broadcast in server is made is nowhere near to a version update, also may i remind you of keeping the topic related to what the post is about skaM, comparing this suggestion to the ones you mention in terms of developer time is senseless and i dont think it adds much to the conversation, if you have any strong preference for another update or anything to say about the nature of emerald's post may i reccomend you make your own post or support an existing one about the subject. Talking about emerald's suggestion, i support, i think keeping the forum information updated is something that would take little time compared to the missinformation it may give to new players and the benefits to the forums accuracy.
I would just like to remind everyone, that some people have these types of suggestions and are usually encouraged from staff and admins to be posted about, but they aren’t a huge priority and is only a suggestion. Even if it’s fixing text or a small thing, this forum is to make suggestions for the forum and there does not seem to be an issue with suggesting something so small. No one is saying any of these things, they are being assumed and created by your own personal opinion it seems. I really don’t see an issue, personally, with changing the time to meet the correct time, and making a small suggestion, you can have your thoughts however I would also like to remind you to stay on topic please, as this post is about a forums suggestion and has nothing to do with in game. This also has no correlation in my application for staff, and I would really appreciate if we could not derail this thread with off topic thoughts.
This was not an attempt to derail the post you made. I said no support and gave my reason why. Fairly simple.
skaM i didnt said nothing about what you attempted, it reads up as derailed, theres simply no relation between the version update and this suggestion, they arent even for the same area (server vs forums), if your intention was to show your reasons for not supporting i reccomend limiting your comment to your concern about the development time and not mention what you wish that time to be used instead, as last time i remind you to keep the replies in this post related to the subject at hand, it being updating the forums information about voting, not what intentions you had in your first reply, you already stated you dont support and i see little added in your last comment.
My fellow Skyblock player I simply gave my reasoning on why I no supported. Forums is just another platform to discuss a variety of things related to but not only limited to the server, forums, discord, and the off topic subjects. With this being said when you make a public post regardless of where you post it you are opening yourself to the following; criticism, other individuals feedback, approval and disapproval, opinions, and other individual’s view on the matter or topic at hand. Now since you are so concerned about this forums post being derailed I highly recommend you get back to the topic at hand or suffer your own prosecution in terms of, “breaking the forums rules.” Thank you.
skaM As i said, i have nothing against you giving your opinion about the topic, as i said before much of what you say has no relation to the topic (updating the forum information about voting) , including but not limited to compairing this sugestion to others that doesnt even fall in "forum suggestions" and the persistent replies about the nature of your comments, and i think you know you are in the wrong since you deleated one of your previous posts recently. Also, should i not derail myself to stop derailing itself? its the same logic of "not disturbing" aplying to players breaking the rules, should i not disturbe a player griefing or stealing? the way you interpret the rules is very selective, self benefiting and jokingly, and makes me think you continue the topic to escalate the situation. I strongly reccomend to keep any reply about updating the forum information about voting and that you dont reply to this comment explaining the nature of your comment or other unrelated topics and suggestions since that would be continuing to break the rules after you have been informed of them.
