Idk if this is a good suggestion but i have seen many people waiting for top voters to be posted. I have seen people being really eager to get ranks and they are really hoping to get on top voters ._.
I think you just need to be patient, for the March top voters it took until ~April 20 for it to be posted. There is no obligation for them to post it at the start of each month, that's just what's primarily been done before. I'd say also they'd post it soon as the sale is now finished.
Often there are issues with calculating the top voters and other problems, most of which can’t be controlled. This in itself can delay the publish date of the top voters. Noobcrew is also quite busy and may have to delay it occasionally to fit his schedule. As much as it can suck, we just have to be patient

This the answer. EDIT: Marcawn is talking about administrators don't have enough time to post the winners of top voters every month, there could be a forum bot that can do it if it's possible or not.
