Denied [SirRiceBurger] Griefing/Looting [Mai]

Hi, I recently got banned. I have NO idea why and thus I am appealing it.

Why Do YOU Think You Were Banned?
Judging by the message, I am guessing I griefed someone, NO IDEA who, or how, or when, or any other details.

I am pretty sure it was an incorrect ban, so yes.
Were You Ever Banned On Skyblock?
No, never.
Why Do You Think You Should Be Unbanned?
Because I am an honest player and would never grief/loot someone. If in the very unlikely case that I got hacked, or I did something that I shouldn't have, I will never do it again, whatever it is. I read the rules thoroughly again and clarified that I have not broken any rules.
If a staff member who banned me knows what I did, or did not do, please comment on this thread saying what I did. Thank you!

I... I don't remember doing such an action? I would never steal something from him. He is my friend. I did not steal a 9 year anniversary grass, I had one, but I earned it by myself, buying it from JJ54KES for 64 grass. And the pig spawner... I bought one from IamGetty for 36 grass.

Do you have any proof for this statement? Just asking!

 

There are logs of you taking his spawner. As well as that, you somehow had a 9 year anniversary grass just as the player had lost his from his item frame. Both items were taken at around the same time, so it makes sense that you took them both. You're also one of the only players that were trusted on his island.

 

Hmmm... I don't remember even seeing a mob spawner at his island... And as I said previously, I bought my 9th-anniversary skyblock grass block from JJ54KES for 64 grass and bought a pig spawner only at IamGetty for 36 grass. You can confirm that I bought the spawner from IamGetty by asking her. I am not sure of what is happening with the logs, all I know is that I didn't loot/grief nuzubo105 at all. Why do you think he trusted me to modify his island? I made his trust, and I won't break it. And like I said as well, I don't even remember seeing a mob spawner at his island, let alone taking it!

If FireBones02 is online, you can even ask him. I went and bought the 9th-anniversary grass block from JJ54KES and showed it to him, before putting it into the casino jackpot. I also showed him the pig spawner I just got, so I think this is just a HUGE misunderstanding as the items were taken in the same time frame as me buying the items. If FireBones02 is online, don't forget to ask him.

 

Then how do you explain your account taking his spawner? It clearly states that it was your account.. so I'm unsure how this could be a misunderstanding.

 

I'm not sure, to be honest with you... yes... I guess I have no proof that I did not take it, but I have only bought or got one, from IamGetty.

I should also probably mention that there was a time frame where I visited nuzubo105, and talked with him, and viewed his shop. I did not do anything but walk around the small shop, I did not walk around more, though I saw a few more platforms, so I guess that is where the pig spawner was. I visited his small shop, walked around the item frame with the 9th-anniversary grass block in it, made a few offers, but then I saw that JJ54KES was selling rares, including the grass, and I bought that instead.

As I mentioned before, you can message FireBones02, he knows what happened, because he was with me a lot of the time.

 

I will double check to see if your story regarding the grass checks out.. however I can't ignore the fact that it says you took the spawner. It's extremely unlikely for there to be such an error, and all logs of the spawner match up with the timing of you taking the item.

I would be very appreciative if you are completely transparent with me. It will give you a better opportunity within this appeal.

 

I am being completely honest. I haven't told one lie this entire time... don't worry. I still don't know what happened with the logs either.

 

The fact of the matter here is that your account took the spawner. There's no doubt there. It's quite difficult for me to believe what you are saying because all logs point to you taking the item. If you are unwilling to be honest with me here, I will have no choice but to deny the appeal. Please cooperate with me.

Will I be banned for longer for appealing the ban? Or would the ban length stay the same?

 

The ban length will remain the same. All items have already been retrieved so you will have to wait out your ban regardless. Early unbans are only given to users who decide to cooperate and tell the truth within their appeal.
