Implemented Set Island Time

    I think it'd be useful to have an option to lock the time of your island. It could be in the /sb menu or have a command.

    Ex. Command:
    /setislandtime day, night, sunrise, sunset, etc.

    This would be useful for players who want their island to have a specific feel. The locked time would apply to everyone who visits the island as well.

    I like the idea. Despite being indecisive on supporting I realized my island looks kinda great at night time. it probably shouldn't override players' own set personal time, for those that don't want to be bothered by this setting.

    I think it would be a nice touch especially for islands which are meant to be seen at night or day.

    Just like they combined /fly with /god, having a locked time would save a lot of typing /ptime xD

    Support maybe an abbreviated command like /sit instead of /setislandtime too.
