Now this may sound weird but bear with me
Over the years of the christmas dp several santa have been released any i feel its tome for some freshness
for example
a rudolph head for christmas
a huanuka themed head
a dvali themed head
a festival of break fast head for the muslims
and a kwanza themed head

This server has many religions and while I still think it should be calle dthe christmas dp we have 2 christian themed drop parties and some diversity would be nice

if this isn't allowed in suggestion could u please move it to discussion I am unsure if we are allow to suggest stuff like this?

 

Honestly I support because one, it is fun to learn about other cultures sometimes, two, we'll finally get a new set of stuff, and three honestly this just feels like a good idea due to skyblock having more than one(Probably) religion.

 

neutral, i like the idea along with learning about new cultures but i feel it would be the type of thing some might get offended and cause problems by because of a mix of religions some might hate another iykwim?

 

if you're going to do all these holidays you have to do more, in conclusion Hanukkah objects are too similar to Christmas, for example candles, stuff like that.

 

There are some items that are very distinct to Hanukkah such as the candelabra(Is this what its called?). As there are most likely various others that are not too well known. (However these are probably going to be very difficult to make into mob heads.)

(Honestly I think it would be a better idea to make a thanksgiving drop party where they drop a bunch of different types of food from various countries as this might work better with this idea rather than this as some of these are hard to make.)

 

that would be too many though and make the economy for heads go way way way down which wont make them a rare and such..

 

support, Christmas is a celebration for multiple religions so some diversity would be nice!

as for what the means its the english translation of a islamic festival around the same time as christmas

also it meant to be inclusive to everyone not just celebrating the christan holidays

 

Theres no islamic festival on december this year and even if there was you would probably need a sheep or a lamb head for it.

Neutral. This would be too difficult to organize and if I am being frank, little to no players have an issue with the drop party names. If it becomes an issue then I think a better suggestion would simply be renaming the drop parties “Spring” and “Winter” themed.

Like the idea but the Muslim one doesn’t really add up because Ramadan happens different times of the year and it’s going to happen in March/April in the coming year. Diwali usually happens in November and the idea is for Christmas. Though it’s a good idea.

Yea Bert he means Ramadan but that varies over the year.

Let me explain.
While Christmas is technically a Christian holiday, the previous versions of the DP have all been quite X-mas themed: we had no specifically Christian heads (like jesus or a manger, other biblical figures, etc.) Instead, we have santa heads, candles, and so on and so forth. For the past 50-100 years, these have all been generally accepted by the population of countries like America and the U.K, and I don't think that a full revamp with more heads is necessary to be religion-friendly.
Let me know if you disagree or have other questions.
