This is sorta a follow up to my previously posted thread about how we need new staff. I am going to rate whose staff apps are the best. I will rate my own and I will try to be fair. This is basically just to start a conversation. 1 Bdarkslayer already was a mod and an eco mod which is the biggest hole in the staff right now 2 GAMER1232012 old player a genuinely fantastic person. I have talked to him a lot and this might make me slightly biased. 3 WhatsUpDoc you are nice and I think you would be a good staff and u beat Geo bc I have talked u to u more 4 GeoBerries u are super nice and kind would be a great mod also most fantastic staff app but u don't play eco and I have not talked to u as much as the others 5 Togpuss you're nice if sometimes exploding I feel for u as u know but I had to put u here still think you would be a good mod 6 myself honestly Justin berry could have gone here but he just posted his 1 hour before I started writing this so ill have to see this is where I personally think I should go. I am biased here. 7 JustinBerry U just started ur app great response so far as long as nothing changes u deserve to be switched 8 FalcoFalcon u would make a good mod I am personally not a fan of your app as in the info I find lacking and don't see on or help that much but maybe u should also be above me 9 archerexpert777 I don't see u on I know ur busy but maybe helper would be better than mod ur nice when you are on but u are busy so I put u down here sorry pls make ur own ratings and comment on mine this is not to be rude to anyone or put anyone down just to have people discuss

This is probably the start of the revival of tbh threads xD, no particular order dw. I personally don’t see the need for a “top 3 applicants” because that doesn’t do any good to anybody. Geo- You are undoubtedly one of the the friendliest people I’ve ever met online, you never cease to put a smile on everybody’s face and to help so many players out, and I’d love to see you with a helper prefix as the community deserves it!! Doc- You are such an awesome dude. You are so friendly and funny but also helpful to everybody at all times, you also have great knowledge about the economy and rares on the server and that’s a huge thing the staff team needs! Also you are very active and I always see you online. Ursus- You are a really nice guy! I don’t see the need for people unnecessary picking up on your spelling mistakes due to your dyslexia, which isn’t a huge deal (we’ve had dyslexic staff members before, and your spelling is improving!) You also, like Doc, have experience in the rares economy, which is a great trait for a mod to have. I’ve also noticed even though you have had some unnecessarily harsh criticism you have still treated those people with respect like everybody else! FalcoFalcon- I hadn’t saw you until recently, but I love how friendly, enthusiastic and helpful you are! You clearly love the server and the community and that is a HUGE turn on for staff managers. I also don’t see the need for why people are so bothered about your forum activity, I’ve noticed that’s great with you and I can see you on the team soon! Gamer- Where do I begin, you are hilarious, friendly, active, incredibly fast at typing and very charitable. You are online for a huge portion of the day and the full time you are always helping others. You can reply faster then the speed of light and as said about others earlier, you have great knowledge about the economy in multiple aspects from your experience over the years. The community deserves you as a helper. Justin- You are a super chill person. You help everybody in game and your active. I haven’t saw you loads but from what I’ve seen you are always helping new players out, and you do it in a friendly way too. Hope to see you get staff. Archer- You are a really helpful and funny guy! Sure you can make some silly jokes sometimes, but that’s not a bad thing as it keeps us entertained! You aren’t always online but when you are, you are entertaining and helping the server. Good luck! Bdark- I expect to see you get promoted soon. You have excellent experience, and seem to be really helpful and friendly, I don’t play eco often but we need a mainly eco mod and you coming here seems to be a blessing for economy! Togpuss- I didn’t know you had reopened your app, sorry. You are a really knowledgeable and mature person and you’ve proved to me your capable of staff with recent events. I have sympathy about your recent mental health diagnosis but I don’t think we should make a big deal of that, it doesn’t affect your staff position in any way and I’m glad you’re getting the help you deserve!
Thank you for the mention and the kind words! I would love to be back in the position. However, regardless of the decision, I will still be there to support everyone on eco (and survival of course)!
I usually rate applicants mainly on their activity and helpfulness on all 3 platforms (in game , forums and discord) and their qualities and skills as I rarely read applications unless it's a short one cause I cant bother reading the whole thing but I may read parts of it from some time to time. So basically all the applicants are great and different in their own way and giving them constructive criticism is a great way to let them improve to the better. Also when you rate an applicant just PLEASE dont do it something like this: 73% support. cause I really hate it. Just either put a support, a neutral or a no support or use the rating itself on the application. Tyvm
