Well, for starters i want to say sorry for me doing all this in the 1st place and wasting your time. Secondly, i would like to say i did read the rules but not very well. I would like to be unbanned because i love the community on this server. They are kind and friendly and not toxic like other servers. I enjoy hanging around with people and helping them out. I feel i should be unbanned as i never plan to make this mistake in the future.

Well, for starters i would like to say im deeply sorry for spamming you over and over again about my appeal. This is deeply because i want to get back on this server and enjoy my time on it with the community. However, now that i have had a chance to think about my actions i would like to say i am never going to this again. And thats a promise. Furthermore, i also would like to say sorry also because i forgot to realise that you have a life yourself and you work and you are always busy.

1. Abusing exploits in-game is an unfair advantage to other players. And should not be abused in general.
2. Irl Trading (My Crime) Doing this can result in serious punishment up to Perm Ban. Lucky for me i was only banned for 3 days. But this is a major offense. Selling accounts and offering irl items for server things is not good.
3. Griefing/looting is also not a nice thing to do. This is because players have to spend time and try hard working for their items. And for you to take it away is not fair. Don't Do This.
4. Scamming, doing this can cause serious punishments. Offering a trade and lying to the player about what you are trading and scamming them of it is a serious offense.
5. Island farming. Although this isn't the worst of all punishments. Its still bad, this is where you repeatedly make islands and take the dirt/sand and move it to your island or yet sell it.
6. Fly hacking, while most hacks are allowed flying is not one of them this is because people have to pay for ranks or to fly and this is unfair on them.
7. Advertising, this is the 2nd most bad offense. Advertising other servers/things not related to noobcrew is not allowed.
8. Blackmail. This is not a nice thing to do. Intimidating users with violent threats can result in serious punishments. So don't do this.
9.Hacked Clients, you can use most hacks except fly.
10.Inappropriate builds, creating any sort of inappropriate builds/map arts is strictly forbidden because this is rude and immature.
11.Inappropriate skins/usernames, although these are the less offense its still bad. Having a bad name/skin will result in a ban until changed.
12.Malicious Links, Posting bad links to websites/ipgrabebers is strictly forbidden. Offenders will be immediately removed from the server.
12. False Reports, people are all welcome to file a report. But for valid reasons. So don't be making fake reports on players/staff that havent done anything wrong.
13. Evading Punishments, using other accounts to try and bypass your punishment. If you are caught doing this you will receive a deer consequence.

So, first of all i only said i was banned for 3 days because thats how long i had left. Secondly, i would just like to say that me offering out IRL trades is not just bad or not good. Its way more its a major offense to offer/do irl trades on this server. There are rules on this server because they want to show us whats its like to be on a friendly server where no bad things are happening. These rules are strictly set by the owner and all of the staff team to make sure all players have a good time and enjoy playing. Furthermore, if you were to break these rules you could be in serious trouble. Some rules are major and not to be broken. While others are not as bad but are still there for you not to do. I am going to start to follow these rules in a more respectful manor. I will not break any of these rules again, And i will never offer out irl trades or even do irl trades agai.

 

If this is not what you wanted me to do im sorry. But i have tried so hard to follow what you have said. And i fully understand these rules and i have learnt my lesson. So if this is not what you wanted and you wanted me to do sorry but you are literally putting me under major pressure.

Sorry same with the other time. But the 1st time was my fault. Im being honest that's probably why i instantly disconnected. I have fully read the rules and i have reflected on my actions.

 

I feel this is very unfair. I have spent so much time and effort into this appeal because i love this server and would like to play again. And you are just going to make me wait? i have already had a bad punishment being banned in general.

Right, For one i did not mention me wanting to buy one. I just wanted to know if people still sell them. And this appeal is not about me wanting to get back on the server. Its because i now fully have learnt my lesson and i will never offer out irl trades again. I am going to commit to the rules. And i only asked to be unbanned to get my kit because i never miss my kits. I suppose it was a bit stupid to ask. Of course the answer will be no.

But take it in that this appeal is not just about me wanting to get back on the server. Its about me commiting to the rules and understanding them so i don't do anything bad again. I wasn't planning on buying an account with d400 on anyways i just wanted to see if people sold them because i heard that someone bought theirs. And if you read clearly it says in brackets "(Not That I Want One)" so yeah. Please take in the fact i am not making this appeal just to get back on the server. I know buying accounts,selling accounts asking how to buy accounts is all counting as real life trading,

But what i said was DO PEOPLE SELL ACCOUNTS not asking how to buy them. Thats simply a nice way of asking. Do people still sell accounts? And in brackets i put (not that im going to buy one).

I fully understand the IRL trading rule. But what i said had nothing to do with me buying or selling an account.
