It seems your center of pressure was off, you didn't compensate for winds or your rocket had some aerodynamic flaw (I don't believe it was meant to go sideways so strongly).

Good work! Do you plan to make modifications or adjustments to control that trajectory for a higher apogee? What engine was used? Is the airframe your own design or from a kit?
