No, you were denied in two previous appeals, littl was even nice enough to ask for input from other mods on your second appeal. Do not make any more appeals. Instead, try playing on .org or mineverse.org. Any more appeals on this topic will result in a forum ban.
As you stated yourself, it was a donation. You donated in order to help keep the server up, were gifted with perms as thanks, and got to play with an advantage. You can not refund on them.
