I’d like to start off by sincerely apologizing for my behavior in the past. Nearly my entire history on this server has been punctuated by raunchy jokes, rudeness, and general disrespect of more than a few players.
However, after repeated talks with GAMER1232012, I came to recognize the gravity of my behavior, and how it was negatively impacting the in-game experiences of the other players on the server.

I’ve been trying very hard to change since then. I’ve stopped making inappropriate jokes in chat, insulting other players, and scaled back my immaturity to the point where I’ve gone two months so far without receiving any warnings. I hope you’ll take this into consideration. I’d like to dispute this ‘IRL trading’ charge on the grounds that I was tricked into doing so. To be completely honest, I did have some reservations about whether it was legal or not. Rozels contacted me out of the blue and mentioned that he was quitting and wanted to give his island away. I asked him if it was illegal or not, and he assured me that it was 100% compliant with the rules. I’d also heard that Rozels was a reputable individual and that a few of my friends, such as Ward and AnkieTrin had traded with him in the past, so I trusted him.
Unfortunately, I found out almost that same day that Ankie had gotten scammed by him(also in an IRL trade). If you read Ankie’s and my ban appeal, it’s clear that Rozels had absolutely no intention of coming back to the server and that, out of spite and sheer pettiness, he wanted to drag as many people down with him as he could.

Again, I fully admit that what I was doing was against the rules, but I’ve put in a lot of effort to change who I am for the better in these last few months. I’d hate for an incident such as this to mess everything up. If you have any questions for me, I’ll be happy to answer them.

I apologize for escalating this situation, but if you do not accept or deny this ban appeal, I will chargeback all of my purchases on this server. I do not feel that I am being treated as fairly as others, because this ban appeal is taking a very long time.

To add, my banning moderator has been hard to reach and distant, and when I need to ask a question, I almost never receive a response. I do not think this is fair treatment for me, because I am only trying to have a chance at an unban.

 

Threatening to chargeback all purchases doesn't help anything, and threatening staff isn't going to get you unbanned.
We take permanent bans extremely seriously here, so you really can't expect to be unbanned in a matter of days.
I've had input from the team, and enough to determine that you will not be allowed back onto the server at this point, however, you may appeal in a few months if you are still wanting to return.

Your history on Skyblock has been nothing but trouble, for almost the entire time you have played. I understand that in the last month or so, you tried to clear up your act, but that really doesn't excuse the rest of the things you were doing while online. Abusing and harassing players, and swearing and bypassing the filter were just some of the many reasons why you had been infracted. You completely disregarded the rules, even after knowing them and having an appeal open.

You state here that you were tricked into this deal, however as a player who has been on Skyblock for a long period of time, such as yourself, I would expect you to know the rules to the extent that you would know to refuse the trade and report it to a staff member. I find it extremely difficult to believe that you had genuinely no idea that this was illegal.
What makes this situation worse, is the fact that as soon as I banned you, I received this message.

This shows that not only did you know you were doing something illegal, you also acted as if you were somewhat "proud" for getting away with it for a short amount of time.

You are only sincere when you want something, which in this case is to be unbanned. If you are to be allowed back, I'd like you to prove that you can be mature and won't fall back into a bad crowd. Ideally, this will take place on our discord server. I am willing to unban you there, and if you agree to this, you will be monitored by staff until we feel it would be suitable to allow you back. I cannot confirm that we will come to that conclusion; that will completely depend on how you behave.

I can't tell why you want to be allowed back. You had repeatedly expressed dislike towards players and staff, and the server in general, and you had talked about quitting multiple times. If you are able to explain your exact motives for returning, maybe you can lessen my confusion and give me another factor to think about.

Until then, you have two options; either take the discord unban, or leave altogether. It's up to you.

I did not know the specific action of island trading was illegal. I thought item trading was the only illegal form of irl trading. I now know that that was incorrect.

Honestly, I had no intent of actually charging back my purchases. By threatening that, I discovered that you had no intent on unbanning me in the first place, which makes my appeal a waste of time.

Thank you for offering the discord unban because that will allow me to show that I have no intent to act in an unfriendly way, and I just wish to reconnect with friends.
