Dear Staff, Lets begin in the beginning: A time ago someone a someone left skyblock and gave me their alt, I appreciated that really much. After a little time I tried to get 5 islands in a row with my friend and we did it succesfully! We both saved up and bought island expansions on almost all of the islands. A few days ago I tried to log into that alt that the person gave me but it said: password or e-mail incorrect, I tried again but this time I typed every letter fully correct and it kept saying: password or e-mail incorrect. That I lost the account is sad but not a really big problem since it was free, the big problem is that I dont have access to the account anymore so I cant get the island on the spot in our 5 islands in a row with an island exspansion (199 * 199). Please tell me if there is anyway this problem could be fixed! Kind Regards T0W0
Hi T0W0, Unfortunately we do not give refunds for accounts lost or forgotten. We might be able to refund some items if you had any in chests, as long as you can prove it’s your items. We can’t control other people taking their accounts back and therefore you purchase things for that account at your own risk. Please do reply if you need items retrieving. James
Ye ummm, I have items on the island but that is not a problem at all because I have trust, the problem is that I need the spot where the island is in since that is in my row of islands :/
