This has been suggested in the past but currently there are no suggestions opened to this suggestion so I will start a new thread on this topic. A possible way to put your in game name above your rank when you post so players can see your game name. It's confusing on how I explained it, but I have a screenshot to give an example. Something like this It's not a major thing to suggest, but it would be nice to have something like this because some members of the forums that are seeking help from others always ask a member for their in game name, and it would be a good idea to display that on your "posting profile". Thanks Lycel for making a great format for this suggestion!!
Perhaps in the info tab on your profile, it feels a little messy and cluttered in the above suggested place. Edit: Support for the updated suggestion!
I'd prefer it somewhere like here, but info tab (or on the top of the profile where age/gender/location is) works too. Support! I've always thought this would be nice. I especially wanted it back when my IGN was Loz_and_rach, and I spent half my life telling people who I was in-game.
Support for that ^^^ With this added it can help when it comes to helping players or trading instead of asking them their in game names.
Definitely support for this example; it blends in nicely enough that I don’t see a reason not to have this as a feature.
Mineverse has this as followed: It shows up in the info tab At the very least this would be nice. I don’t know if having it under your name would look nice especially since it will be optional so some may not have it and some may.
I believe people are still gonna ask cause somehow people don’t know how to look correctly but support anyway.
Support. Minverse does it in a way where they can't verify that it is the players actual ign. People can put whatever they want as their ign. However, there's a thing called "MCAssoc" that's perfect for this, it's meant for any forums and verifies that it is the users real account via skin change. It allows allows you to click on the players name below their post count and it will link you to their NameMC profile. There's also a separate tab (similar to the info tab) specifically for all linked accounts.
