Under Evaluation Your barter shop is out of stock...

This should be changed, it is annoying to see that message, because most of the time you are NOT going to open F3 to see what shop the coordinates are.

I suggest using this message:
[Shop] Hey! Your ShopName shop is out of stock, click here to teleport to it and refill it.

Instead of this one:
[Shop] Your barter shop at <Skyworld,-####,###,####> is out of stock. <- Current

Or maybe do something similar.
Example:
[Shop] Hey! Your Oak Log(s) shop is out of stock, click here to teleport to it and refill it.

Support. I remember when I ran my mall, it would say a shop was out of stock and you had to go round the whole place trying to find the out of stock one. Good idea Andy

 

I would just go to the island then do /near and then tp to the player and stock the chest. But I understand it’s annoying so I support this. The teleport thing might be a tad tricky though.

 

Yeah, atleast so players can know what shop it is, maybe they dont add the teleport but I think everyone knows where there tradeshops are at...

Saying 'Your shop selling 64 Oak Logs is out of stock' would be perfect. Good idea but I think the teleportation is a bit extreme.

 

Yes, maybe they can do it without the teleportation, it would still work perfectly :3

 

Support with this being added u wont take forever trying to see which shop is out of stock especially to the players with large shops like skyshop, cloudshop and etc..

 

I actually thought of this because I am owner of JuztShop, and it has over 80 shops...

Thank you for bringing this up. I don't think we were aware of quite how uninformative the "out of stock" message is. Previously there was an option to teleport to (or mark) the empty chests for easy identification, however that was disabled when we ran into a bug with the GUI. Since the rest of the shop functionality was unaffected we didn't consider it a large problem.

Perhaps it is time to check back on that situation and see what can be done. I'll add this to the list of bugfixes to go through on the next round of development. Thank you very much for shedding some light on this issue and being patient for a fix.

1000% support. messages need to at least tell you what the shop is out of. i like the teleportation idea personally. saves time.
