Island Level (Dragon Egg and Sponges)

    I think that sponges and dragon eggs should have levels, since they dont have levels

    Sponge should give 150 - 200 levels.

    Dragon Egg should give     500 levels.

    Brandon has over 10 sponges placed and 2 dragon eggs.

    and Laini has 4 sponges placed,

    I feel like sponges and dragon eggs should give more levels then they currently do but maybe not the amounts Andy suggested. I feel like sponges giving 50 levels and dragon eggs 75 levels sounds closer to something practical

    Yea those levels are too much and not everyone can acquire them easily.

    This would kill the leaderboards and give anyone who has these items an advantage, gonna go with nuetral

    I have 2 dragon eggs and almost 20 sponges. You think I should gain 1000+(3000-4000) levels?

    No support, this seems almost as toxic for the /leaderboards as cobble and vines being added to island level.

    No support. Especially the sponges as they are now so common that players sell it for 5 diamonds each or from what I've been offered. And for the dragon eggs since they are very rare to get from the legendary crates I would suggest to lower the "500" levels it give. That would kill and rig the /leaderboards and I suggest lowering it to maybe 75 levels as ICWhiteTiger said

    Neutral, we have 4 sponges on our spawn. I wouldn’t mind if they added a few island levels but I disagree with the hundreds.

    No support for them adding huge amounts of levels, it would just kill the leaderboards :/

    However, I'd be ok with it if they just added a few levels

    A guaranteed 1-3 levels just like gold blocks seems reasonable. But certainly not anything more.

    When you make suggestions you need to consider the goal of the owner has been making aspects of the server balanced. Anything that will give a large advantage to those who pay money (as that is where sponges and dragon eggs originate) makes the server more pay to win and unbalanced than it needs to be.

    If you make suggestions they are always open to scrutiny. Some people will disagree regardless of if they like you or not.

    No support, it disadvantages those who don't want to focus on rares and just like building. Personally I think, the leader board should showcase the best islands based upon the island as a whole, not just the amount of rares there.

    If they're going to have a value, it should be low like that of Gold blocks and other rares.
