Introduction
Hello there! Before getting onto my actual application, I would like to take some time to better acquaint myself. My name is John. But I like to go by Jp. I am currently 15 years old, and I was born on February 3, 2004 (2/3/4). I love to spend my time gaming (of course), participating in sports-related activities (my favorite being football), and making friends, as well as hanging out with he ones that I already have. I have been apart of this server for a good amount of time now, and I have held off applying for moderator because I wanted to take some time to adjust to the newly reconstructed server, and its players. I try to better acquaint myself with other players everyday, as well as help out whenever and wherever necessary. My previous experiences with staff have all been a success in my opinion. I am very well informed with all of the administrator commands, as well as procedures required to be considered a legitimate staff member. I have enjoyed my time on this server, and I would love to join this wonderful staff team, and help out even more whenever required. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you consider me a rightful owner of a moderator position.​

Traits and Characteristics that Describe Me:
I have many traits and characteristics that very well define my reason and right to be a moderator. Here are the main ones that stand out above all others:​

Determined
Whenever I need to get something done, I do it. I do not sit around and wait for others to pull me in, or for the dilemma to resolve itself, I take immediate action whenever I can. This does not only apply to the game and the server, but to real life as well. There is no "giving up" in me. If there is an issue that others consider "too difficult," I look for a better solution, or a more effective way to get around it. If something needs to be done, I will do it on command. I am a very diligent worker, and I always have been for as long as I can remember. This has helped me previously with my staff experiences when investigating certain accusations against players. I ran into many problems then, and it didn't ever stop me from achieving my goal. And it certainly won't now.

Understanding
What I mean by "understanding" is that I understand the role of an administrator/moderator. While it may be a game, and a minecraft server, to have the job of a moderator on said server gives you responsibility and rules that you must abide by at all times in order to be an effective one. While it is a game, being a moderator is your job. You are there to enforce the rules upon the players who choose to do the wrong thing. I am well aware of this, meaning I know what to do and how to handle situations accordingly.

Mature
Maturity is a crucial factor in a player interested in the role of administrator. This trait goes directly along with the "understanding" trait previously mentioned above. I am very mature, and I have proven to be in all of my past staff experiences. I know when to laugh and joke around, and when to take things serious and deal with the problem at hand. If there is an investigation underway for a certain player, I am very serious and determined to resolve the issue. Once engaged into a problem, I am very mature about it, and handle it as if it were my own, in a way that makes it my problem.

Honest
I am a very honest person. I believe that this is one of the most important traits about me as a person, and it is a trait that is not commonly found among most people. If I am faced with an issue, I do not lie my way through it. Lying only negatively effects you in the end. If I have made an error in anyway, I greatly appreciate any corrections, and understand any consequences for my thoughtless actions. I assess what it is that I did wrong, own up to my mistake, and then come up with a resolution to said error. I do not take sides in arguments, I keep things on my side, and do whats right at all times.

Respectful
I am and always have been a very respectful person. Kindness goes a long way with anybody. And I have never witnessed a rude moderator before, and granting me the position of one won't be any different. I make sure to treat others how I would desire to be treated. I treat others with courtesy, kindness, deference, dignity, and civility. I offer basic respect as a sign of my value for the worth of all people and my ability to accept the inherent flaws we all possess.

Humility
I have a confident yet modest opinion of my own self-importance. I don't, and never have seen myself as “too good” for other people or situations. I have a learning and growth mindset and the desire to express and experience gratitude for what I have, rather than expecting that I deserve more.

Yes, I have Two-Factor Authentication enabled and I have for a while due to previous staff roles on other servers.

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc)
Yes. I have a Mac. Meaning it comes with an already built-in recording software called Quicktime Player, as well as screenshot capability.

Why do you think you should become a mod?
I know that I should be appointed and granted the role as moderator for not only the reasons listed above, as well as the traits, plus my large quantity of prior staff experience. I know my way around issues, and how to resolve each one fairly. I understand how to enforce all of the rules accordingly and effectively, and am fully aware of situations and problems that may come up. I have had a large amount of training throughout my years of prior staff experience, and I believe that I would be a good addition to this already amazing and well-trained staff team.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?
My activity could vary depending on what I am doing that day. Some days, I am busy and will not be able to get on as long, other days my schedule will be cleared, and I will have nothing planned for the day. Therefor, I can get on longer. Overall however, I have a pretty open schedule that allows me to get on for at least 2-3 maybe even 4 hours daily. Please note that I am in EST USA.

How long have you been playing Skyblock?
I played on the /classic server since 2014 prior to the reset, and I took a break in 2016, before returning in 2017 to reacquaint myself with the sky block community.

Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game)
No. I have never been banned or even muted on this server.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes. As I have been stating throughout this application, my large amount of prior staff knowledge puts me above most people in queue for this position. I have moderated two Servers, with one of those servers being Super Moderator. I have been a Head-Administrator on two servers, and a Helper on another one. Below are all servers I've had the privilege to moderate and administrate. Well formatted application, but I’m going to have to go with no support. I don’t think I’ve ever seen you online (timezones?), and you’ve literally only just surpassed the 50 post count. Get to know/be involved with the community a bit more. Also, don’t put the server’s names you’ve previously had experience from. The actual application is relatively short as well, looking at the ‘why do you think you should become a mod’

You have a great application and seem to have decent potential but seeing as your still pretty new and only just surpass the 50 requirement and 2 week requirement for the forums I'm going to have to go with No support but very close to Neutral. You also have a massive space at the bottom of your application? Maybe it's just the browser I'm using. I also wouldn't mind seeing you on discord, I don't recall seeing you around there. Discord is a really great way to get more involved in the community. Anyway best of luck!

Most people have that problem with their application. I don’t know why it’s there. It wasn’t there when I submitted the application.

 

No support sorry, your just to new of an applicant. Anyways, I never see you online and your never helping. Your timezone is also the same as mine just wanted to point that out. You also lied in your application a bit. Im not going to in in depth but if you were born in February of 2004 your barely 14 not 15.
