When you buy a lottery ticket with a "hat" grass, it puts a grass into the pot that should never have existed. Regardless of who the winner is, that grass is then introduced into the economy. Ideally, we would like for you to hand over an amount of grass equivalent to what was illegitimately added into the economy, to be destroyed. Are you able to do that?
